Alrighty. Here we go. This was the main team that I made for PCL and I did some laddering with it too and it seemed to do well enough, but I think it could be doing better.

    Crawdaunt @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Adaptability
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Superpower
    - Crabhammer
    - Knock Off
    - Aqua Jet

Meant to fall in two hits and get fully recovered from Chansey's wish. Usually what I'll lead with. Superpower to hit Ferrothorn since it is a lead, but other than that the two main stabs with Crabhammer and Knock off and a priority for getting in a final hit after the first one if it's going to die. My only real question would be should it be Adamant over Jolly since I'm running with focus sash and have a priority move? Sometimes it does survive more than two turns before switching out since people like to set up which is the reason that I had it set to Jolly to begin with.

    Serperior @ Life Orb
    Ability: Contrary
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Hidden Power [Water]
    - Giga Drain
    - Leaf Storm
    - Dragon Pulse

Your typical offensive Serperior set. HP water over ground for Landorus and other mons with levitate. Good stuff.

    Talonflame @ Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings
    EVs: 248 HP / 48 Atk / 212 Def
    Adamant Nature
    - Roost
    - Bulk Up
    - Brave Bird
    - Flare Blitz

Bulk Up has been more reliable over swords dance because of the defense boost so then TF actually survives a hit or two from some common physical attackers. No speed investment since I have Gale Wings and BB is usually the go to attack if I have it out so it'll have priority anyways. I've thought about putting some EVs in SpD but I don't know that it would really make a difference against the mons that it would be trying to survive SpA hits from anyways.

    Chansey @ Eviolite
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
    Bold Nature
    - Thunder Wave
    - Wish
    - Seismic Toss
    - Heal Bell

Your average Chansey. Nothing too special here.

    Excadrill @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Iron Head
    - Rapid Spin
    - Rock Slide

A defensive setup and Mold Breaker for switching into a Gengar and KOing it without dieing itself. Expected to Rapid spin or hit once or maybe twice with something else and get out. One of the only mons on this team that I think are really replaceable right off the top of my head. I was using Reflect Type Starmie, but I don't really want to since I've used it on almost all my other teams. Its biggest role was meant to be a spinner so I looked at some others and I did try out Armaldo and Claydol/Baltoy. Armaldo was alright but literally had no other use on the team besides spinning.

    Lopunny @ Lopunnite
    Ability: Limber
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - High Jump Kick
    - Return
    - Fake Out
    - Ice Punch

The mega and main sweeper with its average set. I was playing around with mega meta, but Lopunny is more fun.

Other than hitting Ferrothorn harder, Superpower is kinda useless on Crawdaunt, as its main STABs are rather high-powered. Swords Dance is used over it to give it more power, and a +2 (neutral) Knock Off can do this to Ferrothorn:

    +2 252 Atk Adaptability Crawdaunt Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 88+ Def Ferrothorn: 268-316 (76.1 - 89.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

A neutral Leaf Storm hits Therian Landorus harder than a 2x super effective Hidden Power Water. Fire is the preferred Hidden Power type on Serperior so it isn't walled hopelessly by Steels. HP Water is useless in this regard as it only hits them neutrally and even Leaf Storm still outdamages it against them.:

    252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Leaf Storm vs. 252 HP / 8 SpD Landorus-T: 230-270 (60.2 - 70.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

    252 SpA Life Orb Serperior Hidden Power Water vs. 252 HP / 8 SpD Landorus-T: 143-169 (37.4 - 44.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Specially defensive Talonflame is preferred over the physically defensive variant, as:
-Talonflame is boosting its Defense with Bulk Up anyway
-it gives Talonflame an easier time against Charizard Y (it happens to resist all its main attacks), special Mega Altaria, and Heatran lacking Stone Edge/Ancient Power.

The fully offensive Talonflame set (max Attack/max Speed) makes better use out of Flare Blitz, IMO. The bulky variants can afford to forgo it, as Talonflame can even use Steels as setup bait, and can shut defensive ones down with Taunt or Will-o-Wisp. You could use Flare Blitz, though, but you lose out on that extra bit of utility:
    -Swords Dance
    -Brave Bird/Acrobatics
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/none
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Brave Bird/Acrobatics
    -Bulk Up/Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp/Taunt
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/none
    Ability: Gale Wings

This is what Charizard Y can do back against Talonflame:

    252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Talonflame in Sun: 143-168 (39.8 - 46.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

    252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Solar Beam vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Talonflame: 34-40 (9.4 - 11.1%) -- possibly the worst move ever

    252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Talonflame: 69-81 (19.2 - 22.5%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery

This team appears to be an offensive team, and Chansey is dead weight on those teams, due to its passiveness. It fits best on stall teams. You need Stealth Rock on this team, as it's a very important entry hazard. Crawdaunt is rather frail, which means it can't really get into battle by itself safely. U-turn support is the best way to get Crawdaunt on the field. Jirachi happens to provide both of these things:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Iron Head
    -U-turn
    -Fire Punch/Body Slam/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/176 SDef/80 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

What's the point of Excadrill having an Impish nature when you're not even investing in its Defense? A better take on bulky spinner Excadrill, IMO, is this set here:
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rapid Spin
    -Toxic/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Mold Breaker

I'd rather use HP Rock + Sub > HP Water + Giga Drain as your team seems weak to Tornadus-T.

Use 4 HP/252 Def/252 SpD Chansey, and if you REALLY want to use it on an offensive team, you need Healing Wish. Even then I'd rather use something such as Scarf Jirachi or Latias.

I'd also consider an offensive Swords Dance Talon set over the one you use right now. Since this team seems to be a bulky offense one (not balanced imo) I'd prefer to hit Ferrothorn and other steel-types safely considering Lop can bop to Protect. It's also a good mid-game weapon to use against opposing offensive teams.

Bulky Excadrill needs to use a specially defensive spread since its main purpose is to spin and check fairies. You also need a SR setter, so swap AV for Leftovers.
