This is my latest attempt at a competitive team. And it's working rather well. I could use some input though on how to generally improve it.

    Mamoswine (M) @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Thick Fat
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature
    - Ice Shard
    - Earthquake
    - Endeavor
    - Stealth Rock

Mamoswine is probably the best lead I've ran. It manages other leads pretty well. The Focus Sash ensures I land a Stealth Rock. The Endeavor was a last minute thought when it came to the Focus Sash as they (for obvious reasons) compliment each other quite well, and it works particularly well against walls the opponent may bring out later in the game. Ice Shard is there for a Priority STAB attack if all else fails to land some damage. Earthquake is also there for STAB & to land large damage.

    Whimsicott (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Substitute
    - Leech Seed
    - Toxic
    - Giga Drain

This Whimsicott set is my favourite to create a slight annoyance for the opponent, specially when they can't damage deal 2x damage on the typing. Nothing special to say here, it is a pretty generic and widespread set.

    Excadrill (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Force
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature
    - Rapid Spin
    - Drill Run
    - Hone Claws
    - Rock Slide

My Rapid Spinner. Pretty happy with this, but I could do with my moveset and ability overlooking, however. I chose Drill Run over Earthquake as the high crit ratio made it favourable for me. But I am lacking a Steel-type move and I feel like that needs to change so I can get rid of Fairy-types.

    Milotic (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
    Bold Nature
    - Haze
    - Ice Beam
    - Scald
    - Recover

My Hazer. Really useful against the Dragon Dancers I always encounter. The only thing I feel I need advice on with this is the EV spread & if I should switch out the move Recover for something else?

    Electrode @ Leftovers
    Ability: Static
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Taunt
    - Charge Beam
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Eerie Impulse

Electrode is my Taunter. I picked him because of his speed more than anything else. I feel like I should equip him with Colt Switch rather than Eerie Impulse, however the move has proved useful again. Also - Static or Aftermath?

    Pinsir (M) @ Pinsirite
    Ability: Hyper Cutter (Mega: Aerialate)
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature
    - Return
    - Swords Dance
    - X-Scissor
    - Quick Attack

I didn't realise how good Mega Pinsir was until I decided to include it for fun in the early stages of this team. Seriously, I have swept quite a few teams with this guy. The ability Aerialate is amazing - and gave Return and Quick Attack a real punch.

SubSeed isn't as effective as it used to be, due to Infiltrator and sound-based moves ignoring Substitute. Whimsicott is also too weak to make use of offensive moves:
    -Encore
    -U-turn
    -Memento
    -Stun Spore/Tailwind
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

Mold Breaker > Sand Force. In Sandstorm, Excadrill is neither fast nor bulky enough to take advantage of the offensive boost Sand Force grants. If this was a Sand team, Sand Rush would have been the superior option to compensate for Excadrill's average Speed. This team isn't one, so Mold Breaker is the preferred ability. Hone Claws is a big no-no for Excadrill because Swords Dance gives it a much bigger offensive boost. Also, relying on Drill Run's high critical hit rate isn't doing you any favors; Kingdra does critical hit abuse much better thanks to Scope Lens + Focus Energy + Sniper; also, the loss of power between Drill Run and Earthquake is rather noticeable:
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rapid Spin
    -Rock Slide/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Choice Scarf) or 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef (Assault Vest; Adamant only)
    Item: Choice Scarf/Assault Vest
    Ability: Mold Breaker

Milotic faces plenty of competition from other bulky Water Pokemon because it has little to differentiate itself from Pokemon such as Slowbro, Slowking (both have Regenerator to restore HP upon switching out), Gastrodon (which has Storm Drain to help it check opposing Water Pokemon and rain teams), Vaporeon (which provides Wish support), and Suicune (whose Crocune set has been effective since R/S/E). Out of these options, I think Slowking is the best choice for this team because it has Dragon Tail to phaze. Goodra is also another option, since it has STAB on Dragon Tail and poses more of an offensive threat:

    Slowking:
    -Scald
    -Fire Blast
    -Dragon Tail/Psyshock
    -Power Gem/Ice Beam
    Nature: Sassy/Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/164 SAtk/96 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Regenerator

    Goodra:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunderbolt/Dragon Tail
    -Earthquake/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Quiet/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

Electrode is terrible. It's offensively weak and Eerie Impulse is very situational. Charge Beam as a lone STAB offensive move isn't doing you any favors because of its low base power. I'd rather use Thundurus because it has Prankster to give its Taunt priority:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Focus Blast/Taunt
    -Thunder Wave
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Prankster

X-Scissor is useless on Mega Pinsir. Right now, it's walled horribly by Steel Pokemon, especially Aegislash, a rather common offensive threat. Return and Quick Attack hurt a lot of things hard enough already, so replace X-Scissor with Earthquake for coverage against Steels and Rocks. I'd like you to know that Mega Pinsir's Speed is actually pretty good, so take advantage of that. It's also naturally bulky enough that it doesn't need HP investment:
    -Swords Dance
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -Quick Attack
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Pinsirite
