Pachurisu, Starly or Munchlax?

I was just wondering, which Partner Pokémon did you choose in Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia?
Also, what advantages and disadvantages did it have throughout the game?

I just wanna know because I am thinking of starting my Almia rom again.​

Pachirisu, his Assist's the best. Paralyzing a Pokemon beats having it move around and attack you.

Pachirisu is FTW! It can paralyze hard pokemon, like Gastrodon. ;)

Pachirisu all the way, starly is a normal type, and so is munchlax, Pachirisu is electric, so I chose the one that's not a normal type

I just chose starly because well I didnt really like the other starters that much. There werent really any advantages of having starly that I could think of is its pokeassist.

I got used to its Electric Assist and I used it for all boss battles. It's very handy indeed.

Also the Starly and munchlax quest only appears if u choose pachirisuNo if you just started the game you only get the three choices starly munchlax or pachurisu. But later in the game you can get hippopotas
