oky fine, I won't thank anyone anymore...goshz! but did I win fairly at least??? I hate cheaters and such...

Hum em uh the winners got more votes than the other people. That's all. They didn't get more votes than all the other people together, or all the votes, or whatever.
Find out the truth? What do you mean with that? The truth is that they got more votes than anybody else. So he, well, both won fairly, according to the rules we set up this time.

And Fi, I agree the rules could be better, but... we can work on them for a next time? This was the first try, it didn't come up so horribly bad.
Other option is doing lie with Hack of the Year, people vote their favourites and then four people comment about them, and give them a score. The one with the best rating wins.

And Chibi, you already got the Profile Designer Emblem XD

Just leave it i was being stupid. Also instead of voting for your best through PM why dont we do elimination rounds! That way the best of the best comes out on top and we see who is the new profile maker of the month.
 
Maybe, if we have it again, we run it more like hack of the year so that to prove that you can design, you have to make more than one.
 
All these new suggestion could be used in next months pretty profile contest...a lot of you are treating this like this was a one time only thing...have patience and another one will come up...

Multiple accounts? Or maybe screen captures and you are told to use the best out of the best you made?
 
No. I mean maybe like this.
- A round a week.
- Elimination [Certain amount go through].
- The people still left, or in the first round even, design a profile, we vote for the best maybe 8 to go through to round 2, eho then design another profile.
 
That i can see happening. I hope the next round comes up soon with those rules twenty two as i just redid my profile and i like it!
 
Now. Something I want too say.
How the hell did flash get it?
No disrespect too anyone, and I'm not saying mine should have won.
But no offense flash, there were lots of better profiles out there.
Please, I don't mean to be mean there, just wondering.
 
Exactly what i am on and i thinkk what color me evil is on to. His profile could use a lot of work the colors are to basic and primary and could use a lot of zing. I think its the fact that he has some leafeon theme going on or something but yeah too many primary colors.

Flash won fair and square. Went got and counted the votes, and he verified the results. There was no cheating involved in that procedure or any other procedure.
Just because you don't like the winning profile, does not mean that other people don't. You are not everyone.

Now stop being sore losers and just leave it.
 
Everyone isn't like you, meaning everyone has different opinions. What, do you think f l a s h hacked into everyone's profile to win? All this is is a fun little contest, heh, even you Dukey said that you wouldn't care about a stupid contest, and now you are complaining? I think Went wouldn't lie either, he is usually to the point. Dukey, you shouldn't say that you would win either way. Besides, why are you all complaining over just a fun little contest, I would even give you mine if you just stop spamming the thread. I really don't understand... This is sometimes a reason why we should not have Emblems since people act like kids over just an Emblem.
 
I think it's really funny that you guys are assuming moderators and super moderators would cheat in something like this. Can everybody critcizing the system please just consider that thought for a second? Kthx.
 
I'd appreciate it if people stopped calling me liar or something like that, or, worse, started thinking flash was buying the votes or whatever. If you don't like the results well, tough luck. Maybe you could have voted other people. But in democracy, you have to accept the results instead of blaming the people for "voting the wrong person", the winner for "buying the votes" or the guy who counted them all for "manipulating" the results.

Sorry if I sounded rude, but that's my opinion.

Okay did you for once Dukey and Mitchman ever think that people have a different taste in style than you two? I mean maybe having crazy colors and Pazaz may be your thing, but some others like basic or simple, because it isn't TOO complex or doesn't harm their eyes in any way. Like said a million times i won fair and square! I don't have the abilities to hack into the voting or whatever and I do not BUY votes, I simply tell everyone good luck and may the best person win, I never knew it was going to be me! but it was, and if you don't like it then go in a corner and cry about it yourself, because you spamming up this thread is getting a bit annoying now!!! So grow up and act more mature than that...I have nothing else to say to you all who keep moaning and complaining how went would have manipulated the votes, he's not that kind of mod, he lives up to his duties and fulfills them, so stop blaming him about doing something like that! It was the people who joined who voted, and their voices were heard, and the results were said! If you don't like it, then deal with it! ...and just to be nice, I'm even saying "PLEASE!"

I just want everyone to stop arguing.

After all, if and maybe Went (and I guess Kev) decide to keep this going every once in a while, then you'll get your chances too.

But, what if one of you won instead of f l a s h, and others said you winning was unfair and that you were cheating? Would you feel happy about it? I think not. So yeah. Think before you say it.

And arguing over the matter will just make it less likely for Went (and Kev) to make something like this again (and just as unlikely for Fi or to allow another one).
