yeah, i suppose. you can do object renders that you can't do in 7.0... :\ i use 7.0, but i need to get CS.

the cheapest phtosohop is like 200 bucks
you can also get elements, which costs $50, and adobe share have plug-ins to make it work more like photoshop.
