The way its ears?s black is positioned is kawaii and cool...

Well I like Pichu because it is almost the cuttest Pokemon ever!It is one of the cutest Pokemon yet!That's why I like it.I can't really say it's strenght,because it's not really that strong,but I just love it!That's why.
