    On Battle Spot. There is an electric type cup going on. It appears any electric type can participate.

    According to Serebii " You need to participate in 3 battles to be eligible for the gift." I didnt read anything on the Global link site but Im sure that anyone in this is going to play more than 3 games anyway.

    Also that Pikachus Move set Fake Out, Encore, Volt Tackle and Endeavor

    Sweet. This looks like a consolation for those of us who didn't get the invite to Worlds and can't make it to the Boston Open.
     
    Definitely gonna enter this! Don't care how I do but I really wants an Event Pikachu! Wish it was for certain!
