I was gonna comment on it before, but it slipped my mind. :P

But since I'm here now...

The outline needs some definite work done on it...the tan part of the outline looks like it needs to be darkened a bit (either that, or use a different dark color other than black, as there's too much of a value difference between the current colors). The light source seems...off...I'm not exactly sure what it is, but I think it's because it seems like there should be more shadows on the back, around where the blue thing is (I don't know if it's supposed to overlap the tan area or not...)

Anyways, the eyes also look odd, because there's nothing but black and blue in them...I'd suggest making the one blue pixel in the middle of the pupils white, since that's where the eyeshine would be. ^^

I do like it, though...it's nice and silly (in a good way).

and I've updated the sheet with a beam. its not done yet I need to add the light reflection from the beam or whatever

Wow...that looks really great. The only thing that I maybe pick out would be that the reflection on the halo should maybe be a little to the left. The light seems to be coming more from that side on the body and then it seems to come from the front on the halo. Ehh...maybe it's just me?? Very good work though!! XD
