that's a very cool sprite, clair! looks like it would have taken an age. i know the last thing you'd want to do is add to it, but i think that the sprite could do with the outlines darkening just a little, to distinguish the features apart a little more. other than that, it's great

Actually, that sprite is very outdated so it wont be the same when I go do another gif. She has a brandnew outfit and her hairdo's a tad different. But yes, it did take me like hours and it was such a pain.

That rule should only apply if you have a gif optomizer where you can control exactly how many colors are in the gif and how much dithering there will be (even though dithering by optomizing is a no-no). Unfortunately paint doesn't have an optomizer but I'm not sure if gimp does. So it's either png or knowing the right person.
Very good tutorial! I have some, and even one by the great Kyledove.
Alas Crystal Clair is going through a huge spriters block. I wish it would go away.
 
Thanks, and since I used GBA colors, if I used any other reds, the light spots would look pink.

The PokeBalls look great, only I think it's too small.
