If I may say so, to me it looks like part of the outline is missing (the left side.) And it seems to me Machop could use a slight bit more shading.

Also, I would like to claim Ivysaur since I havn't seen a claim for it yet.

the shading looks nice... but should the sprite be in FR/LG colors or shading or style? :P
and try to add outline colors...
