is the Pkmn Emerald Rayquaza sequence possible to replicate in Fire red?I mean that short sequence of images where after you arrive in Sootopolis city he comes down from the sky and stop the fight between Kyogre and Groudon

Someone posted this WIP engine made for cutscenes https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/397137 You may check it out and work with it to replicate a scene like that. It seems it is difficult to compile and make it work. But maybe you cna figure out how it works.
