    The lvl 99 Shadow Lugia..?
    You can (1)beat it -if you can-, (2)run away from it -if you're fast enough- or (3)beaten by it -your number one choice xD-

    Any of those will not affect the gameplay. Still you'll have the same result. ;)
    So no worries. ;)

    4. FLY is in RETAZO ISLAND. after the 6th badge, head to bee woods. sheesh...
    5. Finish the Shadow Lugia Final event in KANTO to get Latias, Cresselia and Arceus.

    Umm, for the baby lugia event, somehow, the game skipped the event for me.
    I already beat the game.
    Glitch perhaps?

    impossible... it's after the Palkia when it warps you. A police officer will put you in jail. and then blitz will let you out and so on and so forth...

    TABULI TOWN is in the fourth island, RETAZO ISLAND. see the first post for a map reference...

    Well I see Retazo Town :/ im trying to find the 7th gym because the light guy (Still cant remember there names >_<) drove in a submarine after I went into there hideout and the Wailmer are gone I just found Cinnabar Isle.

    TABULI TOWN...
    from retazo city, go back to Lust Path, then head south.
    you'll reach pyre path where mt. pyre is.
    head south and you'll reach CYAN PATH. Then enter the forest.
    Continue your adventure there and you'll end up in Tabuli. ;)

    That never happened.
    After I defeated Diark and Shelby, Palkia just dissapeared with them and the entrance to the cave closed and that's it.

    Diark and Shelly disappeared, and the cave was closed... okay, then after that head south...... then there should have been a police who'll walk right towards you...

    how'd ya made an exit if there's no warp tile for you to exit that place..?

    I think it was caused by a bad patching problem.
    if I may recall correctly, you're the only one who has this problem. :\

    the event worked for me a long time ago before it got deleted on my comp.

    Fire cave? I went to Polaris Town but since the map is kinda messed up its not next to it so where is Fire Cave?

    You have fly..? if you have...
    Fly to Retazo City>head West to Lust Path>head south to Pyre path>head south to Cyan Path>work your way through the forest>enter another forest and you'll be in TABULI TOWN>head to the exit close to the puddle of waer>you'll end up in Silk Path>enter the cave>done
