PKMN Ruby Destiny Help Thread

I'm playing the final version and I beat the Elite4 and the Lv. 70 shadow Lugia, but
the following legendaries don't appear:
Articuno (It just don't appear in Ice isle);
Mew (I went to that forest in Tabuli Town but it's not there)
Celebi (I walk on that part of Bug forest where it appeared the first time but it doesn't appear now)
Kyogre (Is it in Hydro cave? I went there and it didn't appeared)
Jirachi (It doesn't appear from that stone on Tabuli town)
Heatran (I went to Fire Cave but it didn't appeared)
Cresselia (it's not in Destiny near the place of blackglasses)

Also, how can I get to Suicune if the tide don't goes down?

Hope somebody can answer me...

Yeahh, im having the ame problem, also my stones arnt working on my pokemon (moon stone on clefairy isnt working and sun stone on gloom isnt working either)

HM Rocksmash in PC ( Rentenbud city)
Gym 2 in Rentenbud city
(Go to Bug Forest from Snow Soft City, use Hm Cut)

Q2: Where can I find all Legend Pokemon, and why come I to this routs,caves...?
I have Celebi, Dark Lugia, Groudon, and Rotom!

Go to S.F. Path and then in the Bug Forest, then go outside from the grass and go right, you see a exit go there! now your are in Ultima City! Go left you see a sea, surf on the sea, you see a waterfall! FINISH!!!
 
Q1: Why come I to the Lost Sea? - Why? You went there?
Q2: Why come I to the Hydro Cave? - Don't know :(
Q3: Where can I catch Deoxis,Uxie,Jirachi and Entai? Well, Entei is the first legandarie you catch, Jirachi is south/left of tabuli Town.
 
after you beat the elite 4 and caught entei go back to tabuli town , from tabuli town go inside the fire cave and try to go to morient town, but heatran will block you, now you can catch it.
