4th Gen Platinum comes out on a Sunday....?

    I would prefer it came out during the week so that the following weekend there might be some left, but I probably won't get it for a couple weeks or months after it comes out :D

    Maybe it's Nintendo everywhere or is just this way in my city, but I've never had any problems getting a pokemon game when it has first come out. Maybe I'm just lucky, but even the times I haven't pre-ordered, most stores seem to order a massive shipment.

    i'll probably squeeze out every hour i can from Friday to 5AM monday morning before going to school lol
     
    D/P came out on a Sunday too. I think R/S was a Tuesday, though. I can't remember any others.

    You took the worlds right out of my mouth. Traditionally, games and DVDs all come out on Tuesdays. Diamond and Pearl were let loose on Sunday. I can see why'd they do that. Pokemon fans can blow off the rest of their day playing Platinum.
     
    Too bad for the Sunday is right.
    Why could it not be released on some other day?
    Like on payday...
     
    It's not like it matters what day of the week it's released on, honestly. People will go out and buy it whenever. >_> I mean, the only time of the year that it really matters about the date of the game is released is around Christmas, that's why so many games or consoles are all buggy when they're released in December. : /

    I see games come in all the time on the weekends. Where I live of course stores do that. lol ;D
     
    There's nothing wrong with it coming out on a Sunday so making a big deal out of it isn't going to get you anything.
