I was wondering if I could put a Slowbro or Slowking in there but who should I replace it with?

You have movesets/EVs/Items that are up to competitive standards, so I thought you would get more help here. No one who posts in the In-Game forum would really be able to help you.

You're using Azelf's lead set and it's not in the lead position? Put it in that slot. Same for Machamp. You can make Machamp a Rest-Talker with this set:
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-DynamicPunch
-Payback/Stone Edge/Ice Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: No Guard
(if you're opting to use Azelf as a lead)

If you're opting to use Machamp as a lead, change Azelf's set to this:
-Nasty Plot
-Psychic
-Flamethrower
-Grass Knot/Hidden Power (Fighting)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

Also I was wondering if its smart to replace Salamance with Garchomp?

Both Salamence and Garchomp are uber in 4th Gen and are thus banned. So its Flygon or Dragonite you can use basically.

...but if it's just your "dream team" and you don't plan on using it on Wifi, go ahead and use any of the former.
