Hey guys! So, I first got into in-game competitive battling when I found out all the awesome changes X and Y made to simplify and speed up the process of IV breeding and EV training. For sentimental reasons, I wanted to recreate my first successful Pokemon Showdown team into my game. At first, we were doing quite well, but recently, I've had a streak of losses and I want to know if I should update my team. Here is my team I'm currently using in Pokemon X. (I type them in Showdown format to make them easier to read)

    Cocoa (Talonflame) (F)
    Ability: Gale Wings
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Acrobatics
    - Flare Blitz
    - Roost
    - Swords Dance

    Victoria (Gardevoir) (F) @ Gardevoirite
    Ability: Synchronize
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
    Modest Nature
    - Hyper Voice
    - Psyshock
    - Thunderbolt
    - Shadow Ball

Katana (Aegislash) (F) @ Weakness Policy
    Ability: Stance Change
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
    Adamant Nature
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Swords Dance
    - Iron Head
    - King's Shield

Serqet (Gliscor) (F) @ Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal
    EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spe
    Impish Nature
    - Protect
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Toxic

    Mary-Lynne (Azumarill) (F) @ Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Huge Power
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Belly Drum
    - Play Rough
    - Aqua Jet
    - Waterfall

    Melody (Milotic) (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Competitive
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
    Bold Nature
    - Scald
    - Ice Beam
    - Attract
    - Recover

Pokemon I have the most difficulty with on Battle Spot: Ferrothorn, Rotom-Wash, other Milotics, Mega-Kanga, and pokemon I accidentally let set up

Pokemon I Have No Problems With: Both Mega-Charazards, Heatran, Scolipede, Ninjask, Dragon-Types, and most Fairy-Types

Pokemon I've Considered Using: Breloom, Chandelure, Mandibuzz, Tyranitar, and Goodra

So, who's movesets should I change? Who should I re-breed with a different nature or EV spread? Who should I replace all together? Please let me know! :)

A Jolly nature is redundant with Talonflame's Gale Wings ability, as it gives priority to Brave Bird. Talonflame would rather go Adamant to give its moves more power, as it's not really strong. Acrobatics isn't worth using because you're forced to go without an item, since Flying Gem is unreleased:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Tailwind/Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

Mega Gardevoir has base 100 Speed, which is rather fast, though it's not the best Speed tier to have. Having more Speed is more important than bulk for Gardevoir, as it's still physically defensively weak:
    -Psyshock
    -Hyper Voice
    -Focus Blast
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp/Shadow Ball/Calm Mind
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 24 Def/232 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Gardevoirite
    Ability: Trace

As tempting as Swords Dance + King's Shield Aegislash is, it's terrible. I've said this many times in other threads, and I'll say it again for emphasis: this Aegislash variant is easily walled and rendered useless by burn. As a result, you're better off either a mixed or specially based Aegislash or forgo King's Shield entirely if you stick to Swords Dance for whatever reason:
    Shadow Ball
    -Shadow Sneak/Sacred Sword
    -Iron Head/Sacred Sword/Pursuit
    -King's Shield
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag/Air Balloon

    or
    -Substitute
    -Toxic
    -Shadow Ball
    -King's Shield
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Flash Cannon/Pursuit
    -Sacred Sword
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Shadow Claw/Iron Head
    -Sacred Sword/Head Smash
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Stone Edge is a detriment for a defensive Pokemon like Gliscor, due to its low PP. If it gets PP stalled out, that's a bad thing if your other offensive move is Earthquake, which can be switched into relatively easily (Levitate, Flying, resists). This is how Gliscor should look like:
    -Earthquake
    -Substitute/Knock Off
    -Toxic
    -Protect
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 244 HP/100 Def/160 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

Belly Drum Azumarill needs some form of Speed investment. 92 HP/252 Atk/164 Spe allows Azumarill to outspeed Pokemon with minimum base 70 or less (i.e. Scizor, Aegislash).

Milotic has to go. It's outclassed by other bulky Water Pokemon like Wash Rotom, Gastrodon and Quagsire. If you have a tough time with Mega Kangaskhan, you could use a Ghost like Gengar to get around its Sucker Punch shenanigans with Destiny Bond. Talonflame handles Ferrothorn somewhat nicely, though it will take some nasty recoil in the process. Mega Gardevoir's Pixilated Hyper Voices does boatloads to Wash Rotom; it can also use Taunt to shut down any attempts to status or recover;:

    Anyway, Gengar sets for you:
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Disable/Taunt/Sludge Wave/Sludge Bomb/Focus Blast
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 28 HP/148 SAtk/80 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave
    -Focus Blast/Thunderbolt
    -Destiny Bond
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

Wow, that was very in depth and informative, thank you! I'll wait awile to see other people's ideas, but your suggestions were awesome! It'll take me awile to redo my team, but it seems like it'll be worth it! Thank you so much! :D

    An alternative Gliscor set:

    -Gliscor w/Toxic Orb
    Nature: Impish
    Ability: Poison Heal
    EVs: 248 HP, 244 Defense, 16 Speed
Moves: Earthquake, Knock Off, Toxic, Roost/Protect

You could also run with Sableye for Mega-Kangaskhan:

    -Sableye w/Leftovers
    Nature: Bold
    Ability: Prankster
    EVs: 252 HP, 88 Defense, 186 Sp.Defense
Moves: Foul Play, Will-o-Wisp, Recover, Taunt
