    I already caught Riakou for my plan team but its nature is set after I beat the elite 4

    Raikou @ Leftover
    Ev 212 Spd / 252 S.Atk / 44 S.Def
    Nature Timid ( + Spd , - Atk )
    Thunderbolt
    Crunch
    Reflect
    Calm Mind

    Problem : Raikou should be a timid one but I can only catch him as a lonely nature (+Atk , -Def ). So Can raikou be a lonely nature ?
     
    Get rid of Reflect for Substitute and got yourself a Rakiou. You did a great job on the EVs and nature.
     
    I will give substitute to my Dragonite.
    The topic is if it is ok to give Raikou a lonely nature because his/her nature is set when I defeated the E4

    Lonely nature sucks, but if it's the best you can do, then go for it. ReflectKou is still a good alternative to the standard one.

    Timid is best because Rakiou isn't going to use anything like Iron Tail or Return.
     
    YoMama did you get the problem. The problem is that Raikou nature is set after you beat the Elite 4 so it can't be change anymore.

    Timid Nature is best for Raikou. However, Mew's Raikou is an in-game Raikou, and it's nature is already Lonely.

    I know. That's what stinks about Latias, Latios, and the 3 legendary dogs. You find them randomly, so you can't save before you catch them because you never know when they're going to turn up.
     
    ok YoMomma, ****ing stop whining. He can't do anything now and you really should tell apart ingame sets from Netbattle's. If Lonely is what you can get, then keep it. It doesn't really favour it but it doesn't really harm him also.

    Keep that set. As long as it has a STAB move anything works ingame

    I know that Pax Deorum and I was just stating that's what stinks about those kinds of legendaries is that you can't control when they'll pop up. I'm not whinning and stop trying to make it sound like I am. I was stating something, not whinning.

    Even though you knew when he caught the legendary he couldn't change the nature because he wouldn't go for the troible of finding it again, you said it should have a Timid Nature. This, like all your other posts, is useless.
     
    heres my view;
    lonely and other non sp.att and speed lowering natures are okay; the average raikou
    modest and mild are good natures for raikou; super sp.att raikou
    timid is the best possible nature; expert rakou

    i have mild and adamant 'kous and even the adamant one is a good STABer so yours should be fine!

    Heh, I got a Mild Raikou from that Journey Across America thing... I should EV train it...

    But anyways, Lonely isn't too bad, but it isn't good either, so it is useable(sp). That is a good set, and good EVs, too bad the nature is just okay... but really u should give it Sub instead of giving it to Dragonite. If u want a Skarmbliss counter(which is what I assume u want, even though I don't know why u would it in-game) give Tyraniboah or Gengar substitute.

    Sorry about that.

    Anyway, even if you have a Lonely Nature, make sure you don't teach Rakiou physical attacks. The set you have right now is fine Golden Mew.
