4th Gen Pocket Monsters Platinum speculation

The next CoroCoro will come soon, so we'll probably see some of more ne features. err. What's the exact date for the next CoroCoro? I know, somewhen in the next two weeks, but I don't know something exact.
 
What's a CoroCoro??? Will somebody talk some sense once in a while?!!
 
Ok Corocoro is a magazine made by Humans (our species) for Humans in Japan
It gets released monthly and it's where all the latest spills about new pokemon information
We usually get to see the cover 3 or 4 days before it's released, which has Information (in japanese, that gets translated)
We have no way of obtaining the mag unless we get it sent from JP personally
Corocoro should come out around the 17th of July next
 
I feel something like this should happen in the new game:

**NOTE** I'm unfamiliar with all of this CoroCoro, numbers and w/e crap, I'm going by my current knowledge of the new 4th(5th? Idk, I lost track after all of those other games like Ranger came out) Gen game.

I've seen a pic of the new Giratina and it looks pretty epic, I'll give it that. The wings do seem to make it seem faster or more fierce (as Dunsparce said, I do believe). So it SHOULD have a boosted base speed. I also agree that we should be able to capture Dialga/Palkia at a level higher than 48. However, consider why they're that level in the first place: Their rest (battle? Idk the movie threw me off on that one lol)was disturbed by Cyrus's activation of the Red Chain. So they were technically a pre-mature find. If Cyrus had activated the Chain later than he did (can't really give an exact time or date. That'd be extremely inaccurate), Dialga/Palkia would probably be at a higher level. Also regarding Dialga/Palkia, I think it should be something similar to Pokémon Emerald, where you can capture Groudon, Kyogre, AND Rayquaza in the same game (something similar to the "Mystery of Darkrai" movie, or whatever it was called).

Now regarding another legend/uber, whatever you want to call it is Shaymin. I keep seeing in this thread that Shaymin 'has another form in this game and we don't know if we're going to actually see this new form.' Personally, the only time I've seen the 'origional' form, as I'll refer to it, is in pictures outside of the games. Has Shaymin been in a game already (excluding using 'HAX')?

Looking at improvments within the storyline, I feel that something REALLY bad should happen, unlike in most of the former games. Oooooh the diety of space/time was yanked out of DIMENSION-X or whatever, big deal. It disrupted the Space-Time continuom for about five minutes. I'm looking for something more action-packed. Like, you're looking for Heatran and the volcano is shaking, and you find him/her, and after the battle whether you captured Heatran, ran, lost, or fainted it, the volcano should erupt, causing new Pokémon (such as Moltres) to be born or be able to be obtainable via Wild Capture. I say Moltres because I recall the Pokédex entry saying "Everytime a volcano erupts, a new Moltres is born." Well there you go, you've just unlocked a new meaning for the word 'chaining' in Pokémon. And even that could cause some sort of mandatory natural disaster that could last x-amount of time and its condition changes according to the time on your Pokétch, as long as the in-game event doesn't last freakin' 5 minutes like the Dialga/Palkia battle...

Also, it could also be more like the 1st gen games (G/R/B/Y)and just be "I'm some 10 year old kid from a poorly named town in a country no one has ever heard of who wants to be the most epic Pokémon trainer EVER!!!"
Something along the lines of that would be just fine in my book :)

@volcano idea - i love it! I'd like more in-plot stuff than just completing the pokedex and chasing a legend!
 
that would be pretty epic! the thing that disappoints me about pokemon games is that the main plot of it completely disappears after you beat the elite four. Game Freak could build on so much after the elite four. maybe have team galactic come back or something, because im sick of once you beat the elite four it's just "okay, now go do whatever" i want plot twists or something. more ingame events, such as the volcano idea.
oh, on another note: if that volcano idea were to occur, maybe Entei should be catchable as well, because, as quoted by Entei's Pokedex entry:
"It is said that when it roars, a volcano erupts somewhere around the globe."
so both moltres and entei would be obtainable in game.
but thats just me and what i want to see happen.
 
i still dont understand why nintendo has to spell forme as they do.

im starting to like shaymin's new forme. i first saw it and kinda thought, uhhh... i don't know, but now im really warming up to it. i think i like it more than the current shaymin forme.

oh, in somewhat regards to the item that changes shaymin's forme, will giratina have the same sort of thing?

Yes, i also think shaymin's sky forme should have Aeroblast :3

I hope so, cause i like the levitation forme better.

either way, this looks like an amazing game, and i cant wait until the next edition of corocoro comes out so we have more to speculate.

I WAS JUST ABOUT TO DO THAT!
 
The plot should be like well different cos it's kinda boring when you have to do the same thing but with like different names.
Maybe Platinum could be in the Sinnoh parallel universe where we are part of Team Galactic and ca play as one of the commanders then have to beat the boss to become boss then have to beat the elite four to defeat the goodies and let Team Galactic rule the world.
Just thougti'd give my view on what it should, could and would be like if i was in charge.

My theory, at the moment, is that they're using the archaic form of 'form' ('forme'), to augment the fact that these Pokemon were considered gods by ancient peoples, and thus the archaic form of the word was kept in memory of the ancient...

Sorry if I lost you lol...
 
Maybe because it could be pronounced "for-meh" ? Not form XD;
