Yes, everyone, it's time for the first nominations round of Poem of the Month (PotM). Before we get nominating, just a few things to mention:

    - These are the poems that were updated by the author through the month of September. Poems that were only reviewed by other members in that time that weren't updated weren't added to the list.

    - Blackout Poetry poems weren't included because they're part of their own separate thread/voting process.

    - Threads only need to be nominated once. Nominations are for the author's entire thread, and not just for one poem. If the members would like this to change, suggest it! We're open to suggestions for improving this new experiment.

    - I think that's it for now. Any questions can be asked in this thread. I will admit that I kind of rushed this part of the process.

The threads eligible for nominating are under the spoiler, in alphabetical order of the title! When a thread is nominated, it'll be put in bold.

    Spoiler:

You have until 11:59: 59 October 16 (Eastern Time zone for ease of...me) to nominate. Then the voting thread will go up.

Now now, one nomination isn't going to do it, guys.I'm going to nominate Misheard Whisper's Excuses for Poetry, but you have a day or two now to add to the current list. A two horse race isn't very interesting.

How it would work is that the one with the most votes for this month will get added to the new sticky that will be posted when the votes are finalized. The ones that didn't win will just go back to being possible nominees for next month if they meet the time limit for nominations (being updated during that month).
