As title suggests - discussion on this year's point system and things like increments etc. to give EOs a bit of guidance for their events

A major issue we had last time was that the daily games like jackbox and Pictionary were giving out way too many points for what they were that made the long term events feel frustratingly unrewarding to people. So we should definitely keep that in mind with our system. Maybe something like

Daily Games/Short Events:
Third/Participation (depending): 5pt
Second: 10pt
First: 15pt

Long Events:
Participation: 50pt
Third: 100pt
Second: 200pt
First: 300pt

With the cut-off being that an event that will take 1 or 2 weeks for a single round is a long event and anything else is in the short category. That will keep a week's worth of short events roughly equivalent to an event that ends in a week.

Honestly, I can't think of a huge amount more in terms of the separation, just having a look at the maths and that ties in nicely too, it means people can pour their efforts into large events whilst others who don't have the time can still majorly contribute to the totals via events like VG Trivia etc. that have daily entries.
