Solar Ribbon doesn't exist anymore. To evolve Eevee into Espeon, you have to do it through the normal method (love and sunlight). You can increase the Pokemon's happiness by feeding it food in the Celadon City's Restaurant.

Apparently 11 or 12 times. Not quite sure. And yes, after happiness is maxed, you've gotta level it up once... Make sure it's daytime though.

Asking again because nobody answered, does the document with the pokemon locations and how to catch some pokemon still exist? I'm interested in filling up my pokedex and some pokemon don't have regions where to catch them ( Starters for example ) and is there maybe a guide for some chapters somewhere?

Hi @Aethestode, here's two glitch I found:
1. On Mirage Island, I can't get this pokeball (no script)
2. On Pummelo Island, game will freeze if you talk with this guy in 2nd time
