I use uni patcher for android and tried all the files with firered from coolrom but it just fails and says not an ips patch. ????? whats wrong

Did you unzip the FireRed rom?

I'm currently playing beta 6.9 and I really love it!!
There's a question that currently bothers me: Does Eevee actually evolve in that beta through the evolution items? I really want to have an Umbreon :)

In 6.9 it glitches and doesnt work but I believe he was going to try and fix it in beta 7. :)

I got it now, Evee wont evolve into espeon, umbereon, glaceon, leafeon and slyveon in fire red, until you have a National Dex.

He has said that beta 6 is very glitchy but all of that would be foxed in the next beta.

i dont think you understand... i downloaded beta 6.9 and Lips patched it with firered off coolrom but it seems like thebeta stops at lavender town... ive watched letsplays and where the graveyard is for my, its blocked off and to the west of it theres another path, but for me that path isnt there..? i tried going down after exiting the bike race but its blocked off too... im so confused... poeple talking about eevee's and stuff and the discription says it goes to seafoam islands but I've looked everywhere and theres no other exit to lavender town... another thing, where some people have the "fire's" show up in the pokemon tower, i have a tombstone... and the cave where you get your fortune read and battle RIVAL ??? doesnt show up... it just isnt there... im playing versioon 6.9... or atleast thats what i clicked on... has this happened to anyone else... i really want to continue with the story because its so amazing so far but it seems i can only play older betas...? one of the lets plays i watched was for version 5.5 and even it goes further...?

where in lavender can you catch ghastly... i cant find grass that has wild pokemon

It's definitely fixed for Beta 7.

Fixed evolution stones.
Completed a bit of the Silph Co segment.
Fixed up some glitches people experienced.
Created new banners.

Shrink some of the banners so they can be placed in Signature.

Hoenn CHapter banners

Finish the first battle of Lt Surge, and the first portion of Silph Co. I think I might be able to complete the entrire Saffron Saga by Monday nite.

if you say all of them, my other question is do you plan to emulate for ds and 3ds in the future

also that you should make a deal with nintendo to approve your idea and make it into an actual game series with you as the lead designer

I hate to mention this cause I'm pretty sure you get bugged with people asking you stuff all the time so I'm apologizing now. For some reason on the SS after I talk to the Pokemon fanclub and get back on the ship after I fight the first sailor and it goes back to the overworld to let me walk around there becomes two red sprites and the one I was controlling is still infront of the sailor and the new one is near them and can only walk a few blocks before he can't move anymore. So I've redone the battle a couple different times by going back to my save point before that and the same thing happens each time. I don't know if there's anyway to prevent it from happening just thought I'd mention it. Also I'm playing on the newest version 6.9
I love it so far! Just like the manga just amazing!!!
Wish you could really turn it into your own licensed game ^^

I encountered a glitch making the game unplayable. I saved in the S.S. Anne and after loading up the game, I couldn't move my character. Instead, only the camera is able to move. I patched a clean fire red rom with Lunar IPS and am using the Visual Boy Advance 1.80 beta 3 emulator.
