FireRed hack: Pokémon Adventure - Red Chapter NEW BETA + EXPANSION

am done with the league. and i mega evolved all the pokemons that i managed to find just to have them all i still miss a few... anyway. i am supposed to go with blue to find carly. but i have no idea where to go. i mean i've done the aesthode event when the derp things want to kill him but where to after that? since carly is nowhere to be found :/
 
So I stopped using Bulbasaur early because he wasn't contributing to the team, and now I'm stuck at the part where Green demands I evolve Ivysaur to continue. The problem is that I never evolved Bulbasaur. Is it possible to go back and evolve Bulbasaur? I apologize if this was already answered.

He evolves in lvl 30 in my case. I evolveit pass the Green escene
 
Hey man, I'm stuck at Mandarin Island with the Prince and Princesses Chapter. I chose Daisy (simply because I didn't want to go with the soul stealer shaped as Green) and I beat Brock and Blue. I went to see if there was anyone else and I found Bill waiting with a referee and I spoke to the referee who said that I was the winner even though we didn't fight. I talked to Bill and he said he wished he was with Daisy but I can't go back and choose anyone else and when I talk to the Chief he says good luck in the brawl. Help anyone?
 
I am sorry if someone already asked for this. But why Togekiss can not learn FlameThrower? I decided to keep Togekiss as a key in my team. But i was regret right after that. He can not learn any move by lvl up (now he is at lvl 30). And he also can not learn any good damage dealing TMs :(
 
Would somebody be kind enough to send me a save state that ends shortly after the end of Beta 9.1? Otherwise I probably wouldn't continue this awesome adventure :(

Thank you in adavance, the best way for me would be a PN with a Download Link included (I don't care which hoster, I like file-upload.net because you don't need to sign up even though it's pretty slow but I guess the file will be small enough).

Sorry... I intend to release a fix patch by Sunday, but I'm too busy with work and university to work on this hack. I'll release the patch next Sunday.

No worries bro I don't mind waiting :). I'm still waiting at the moment until this is hack is completed (with fixed bugs and glitches) until I play this game as I am not sure if it is worth playing it yet as I have seen that allot of people have been experiencing and reporting issues with it.
 
So how do I patch the game with the newest beta without having to start over? I've tried it several times before with other hacks but I always mess up somehow and I reeeeaallly do not want to start over again..
