Also, you should try getting 11E, not B.

So use NUPS on clean Fire Red v1 and use the patch for 11E

When I reach the pokemon center in the first city of Orange Archipelagos I find Delia there too. When i try to talk to her we start battling but for some weird reason every time i have only 2 Pokemon that are not fainted with less than 20 HP (even though i heal the before the battle). Is this just how the game is supposed to be so I can see Delia is out of my league or it's a bug or something?

I'm currently on Tarroco Island. I've given Gray the mulch...and gotten stuck on Route 18 too. I used fly to get unstuck. My questions are: what should I do next, and how do I get to Hamlin Island? I've been running around for a good while, and no more events are triggering, please help.

I've found the spot but it's blocked by 2 boulders. I've searched it on youtube and other people don't have those 2 boulders blocking the way. What do I do?

You Can Find Iron Tail In Orange Island But It Had No Use If Your Planning To Use It On Pikachu.

Edit:Solved The Shellder Problem, After You Talk to Shellders go and Talk Nurse Joy.
