The slow Slakoth inched forward, obviously unhappy with being pressed to fight. Why did it have to be now... I'm so hungry. But maybe if I beat this Pokemon, Rudy will give me a berry! This realization, which took a moment for the Slakoth to grasp, motivated the Slakoth to do his best. It was blue, with a rather big head, and a serious look on its face. He looked at his opponent, trying to analyze the best way to beat him. Probably getting some inspiration from Psi, he supposed. He hadn't done this sort of thing before, but it was worth a try!
The Slakoth stared into the serious and almost sad eyes of the Bagon and let out a long and tiresome Yawn.
He had done it with the bug thing before, why wouldn't it work now? The Slakoth was quite proud of itself, and stared back at his trainer, giving him the most dopey and stupid smile. His eyes closed. He was tired now, but it was the perpetual tiredness he felt when doing these sorts of rigorous activities. He had learned not to fight it, for that would make him even more tired then he felt now. It possessed his limbs, and slowly he slumped down, experiencing the effects of Truant. He half-closed his eyes, eyeing the opponent, but not quite caring as much as he had hoped. Of course, he was still hungry, and his belly let out a rumble, agreeing with him. He hoped he was going to get some food soon.
((OOC: I will try my best to keep up the energy of the battle, but unfortunately, I will not be able to post for a minimum of 4 hours after I post this. Hopefully I don't delay the pace of the battle, and I apologize for any inconveniences I may or will cause from this.))
