Paul always gives me a laugh, Wobuffet never did. I never thought it was funny, I just thought it was childish humor. >.<
 
I dont watch the new episodes. I rent all the old ones!!
 
Pokémon is a childrens' show. But although it has become yucky and flashier since Hoenn, it might me more mature, in some ways too. Any opinions? Paul helps for this I guess.

On the old topic. Wobuffet's japanese name means "That's right" But the people who translated the names were too stupid to realize that.
In the Japanese anime, it was funny because Wobuffet would be stealing Meowth's line "That's right" But in the american version, it has no meaning.
They got Wynot's (spelling?) name right though (why not)

Ya.. it's still for kids, but it's becoming a bit more mature.. just a tiny bit.

Hahah I've heard about that Wobbuffet vs. Meowth line. Wynaut is a wonderful name when you think about how they came up with it xD There aren't that many poké names with decent puns in them..... or are there? Hm.

I've got episodes 1 through 26 on a DVD. I watch it when I can. I'm watcing the Pokemon D/P marathon in my room right now. I wanna see the battle with Gardenia cause she's pretty weird herslef. XD
Tehe, now I'm rating on how weird the gym leaders are. It's from a scale of 1 to Roark. She's not that weird but she comes in a very solid 7. XD
 
Bakugan premieres after it, that show looks.... Different.

Hey guys, I'm sitting here watching the episode "Ill Will Hunting" and I don't think Gary's voice changed any. I think it's the same voice from the Kanto region. Is it you think?
 
Again about Gary's voice, is it the same voice or did they change it? It seems like the same one in Kanto. *goes and looks it up*
 
Muh.... I don't watch the English version. The Swedish voices are actually less silly than the English ones, so I'm pretty comfortable with them ^^

Gary just told Ash they were "Best of friends until the end!"
That's something pretty pathetic to say when your rivals. XD
 
The part when Gary leaves Ash for Hoenn is just beautiful. With the pokéballs and all.

Ash's voice is really silly.... I thought so last time I heard it at least. I rather watch the japanese version than the English actually. Though, then there's the lack of subs ^^'
