The torch place is tricky to explain. Keep in mind that you can light torches
on the wall and the campfire tiles on the ground. Also, use the ice puzzles to your advantage.
The last room is the trickiest to finish, but very rewarding. That's enough of those spoilers though.

As for the Old Manor, I'm pretty sure after checking the Poké Ball you can
jump in the largest hole in the bedroom floor (that's up the middle stairs) and then
land on the dining room table. From there, grab the Poké Ball from behind.
Then you can jump off the table.

Idk how to tag a spoiler, but I lit a few of the torches already. I am struggling to make it to the other side of the ice sliding part without the torch burning out. I tried going on the ice, but I don't even know how to slide to the other side lol.

Are you using the trade stone? (available in Luster City Mall)
The items must be equipped while using trade stone. I had this problem with a Politoed in the past
