FireRed hack: Pokémon Elysium (GBA)

On the paper, this game is not a fit for me but somehow I made until Lake Malta after the psychic lady sent me there but I couldn't find what to do there to proceed. A little help please? 👉👈

Hello! Thanks for playing!

Spoiler: Shelia's Estate
Thank you for the quick reply! I'm usually a sucker for graphics and QoL but I'm surprised to see myself to keep playing. Kudos, man, and truly congratulations. You made this 30-year-old Pokémon veteran guy break his taboos on gameplay in more ways than I can count :D

By the way, I kinda went out of the way and caught ghost pokémons at the witch's tower with trap trainers, put the ghost pokemon first with another pokémon holding the Exp. Share and farm infinite exp. Was that something you thought about? My level 70+ Sylveon and level 60+ Swampert, Alakazam, and Gengar are deeply appreciated by this.

Lmao! I most definitely didn't expect someone to farm that much! But I really don't mind. This game isn't meant to be competitive. I might change it in the next patch, though. 😋

Hello! Thanks for your kind words! 😊

Spoiler:

Thank you BK for one of my favorite romhacks over the past years!!! I haven't been this pulled into a Pokemon game in a while - something about this romhack is so fresh and exciting.

I do have one question though - should I be stingy with my TMs, or will I be able to buy them all again sometime later in the game? Just best Eerie Town! Thanks again :)

Hello! Thanks for playing! I truly appreciate your kind words!
Once you've handled the situation in Eerie, check out the mines north of the town before returning to the capital. 😊

Use the TMs thoughtfully, just don't be overly tight with them. There should be enough to not have a problem. But have in mind that you won't be able to just buy anyone of them later in the game.

Just started the game and really liking it so far, but I had a question. Is there a list of which Pokémon are in which route? I'm asking because I was hoping to nuzlocke this game and wanted to plan and prepare. I saw an excel sheet of all the Pokémon available in the game, but not where they are found. I would greatly appreciate if you could post the encounter tables/ info of which Pokémon are on which routes.

Hello! Unfortunately, there's no such list available at the moment. However, I'm considering creating a route guide for the next big patch. For now I don't have anything I can provide.
On another note, I don't think this particular game is well-suited for a nuzlocke. Not due to difficulty but because the plot itself might conflict with some of the nuzlocke rules at some points.

I completed the game (V2.2) and I noted down a lot of info about things like pokemon & item locations. The file is zipped and attached for anyone interested.

I completed the game and had a few questions I couldn't figure out.

1. Where do you get Registeel?
2. Which move is taught by the witch South of Frozen Dunes? None of my mons could learn it.
3. What's with the lighthouse horror stories across the different regions? Tohio or something? Is it related to any quest?
4. Is there anything more to the mystery of Bryony meadow (apart from Larvesta)? If so, it feels incomplete.
5. What do I do with the Illusion agent cards? Just sell them?
6. Is there any story significance to telling Captain Wilson about Orchid's connection to the Arkasia police?
7. Is there more to the Leap of Faith story?
8. You can find some glowing rocks in Elysium. Do they have any significance?
9. What was the hydra-like creature you encounter in Elysium? It didn't seem connected to Enna.

Hello! Thanks for playing and finishing the game! I hope you had a great time!
I'll answer some of your questions here and send the rest via DM some time later if that's okay with you.

1.
Spoiler: Registeel

2. She can teach Venusaur, Charizard or Blastoise the moves Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, or Hydro Cannon just like in the original FR.

5. Yep, they're just for selling. They're even more valuable than the nuggets!

6.
Spoiler: Chief Wilson

8.
Spoiler: Elysium's glowing rocks

This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks! By the way, what types do each of the gym leaders use?

1. Poison
2. Bug
3. Grass
4. Electric
5. Ground
6. Fire/Fight
7. Ice
8. Water

But I'd suggest not being too focused on the gym battles. There are plenty of other battles that are arguably even tougher.
