I would, but the guy rejected me when I asked him for help...

He said, and I quote: Yes, I don't have it written in ASM rn but I'm going to release everything I have as a base when I'm done.

Why should I wait for a ROM base? Just make it open-source or something on Jambo's adding new moves to 3rd Gen thread...

Maybe, if TM extension can't be done, why noy having tutors (infinite uses) for the "tm 51-100" moves?

He wants to create the best game, and none of people's game can better than it. Nowadays, Pokemon hacked game is a race, it means who's game is best! Also, in ORAS, there are 100 TM moves and 50 tutor moves such as Dragon Pulse, Heat Wave, Gunk Shot. If put 51-100 into tutor moves, it doesn't have space to arrange these 50 moves. I suggest he can replace some moves in TM, such as replace TM41 into Dark Pulse, TM09 into Energy ball, TM03 into Scald.

I tried to download it but it doesn't work... When I try to open it in Advancemap, PGE, etc. It only shows until Chimecho... Nothing added is there... (Used the one from baidu)

Can I still use this for my hack? It's been taken down, but I have it on my PC from when it wasn't deleted. So can I use it? I mean am I allowed? I'm the middle of a hack using it right now.

okay so i expanded emerald upto 880 but when i put all my expanded offsets in G3HS everything works except move tutors it keeps giving me this error "move tutors have not been fully loaded because there was an error. either not enough moves were loaded due to a bad number in the ini or the learned data offset is bad/coruptted. the error occured trying to read the move #65535 the current number of moves is 510.

Gen3tools uses dynamic offsets so a lot of those offsets will be correct already if you just open up the ROM.
I don't have the patch downloaded but I guess, you still have to make changes to the ini files of G3T, to make the patch work with it, right?
By the way, does anyone have the list of the Offset changes made in the Emerald 650 patch & what changes are to be made to the ini files of A-Map, GH3S etc, to make those compatible with the patch? Can someone please load them?:)

That website is in some crazy language, as all I can see is symbols, but I still figured out that I had to put the code given on the site in the empty space. the problem is that its asking for a user name & password (I can still only see crazy symbols, but I figured out that was what it wants. Help please!

I have 650 patch, but I don't know why LCCoolJ95 has moved 650 patch out, I think you need to make sure is he still allowed us to use that patch? If no, I cannot tell you how to download it. Because hack on someone's hacked game without the permission from the creditor is against the rule. In these 10 days, he doesn't give us any response at here, so I don't know what's happened.
