1. Expand Pokédex slots to accommodate more Pokémon? Yes, it is possible but requires some modifications and tests
to confirm the functionality of everything and check whether or not such a change caused bugs.
If you're really interested in this, I can perform the modifications and tests, and if everything goes well I pass on the data to apply the modification to your rom.

2. On the evolution table of eevee, I tried everything but could not make another Pokémon, besides the eevee, have an evolution custom table.

Yep, increasing it to that number was my goal when trying to expand the Dex.

Something's wrong with the trainer editors. Everytime I try to edit a trainer's roster, it always copies those teams over to the next trainer.

This looks like an amazing rom base. I do have a question regarding both national and Hoenn dex's being the same, how would I go about editing the order of the dex the player first receives? Will this rom base have HMA compatibility in the future?

1. Do you refer to the order of the Dex of each Pokémon? If it's not that, could you please explain it better?

2.The HMA can read this base "perfectly". The only thing though is that the HMA sometimes does not read
correctly the data entered into offsets from offset 1000000. Have you encountered any problems editing
something on the base using HMA ?

Yes I was refering to the dex of each Pokemon. It shows Bulbasaur as 001 in both national and Hoenn. And yes I was able to open it in HMA, I find using its built-in dex reorder tool a lot easier and faster than manually importing a pokemon.ini in a different index. I've done that on previous rom hacks in the past using PGE.

At the top you can set up the order of the Pokémon in National Dex.
In the middle you can configure the order of the Pokémon in hoenn déx.
On the bottom, your id should be the same as hoenn déx.

Remember that you can register 386 Pokémon in Hoenn Déx. In the National Déx you will be able to register 809 Pokémon.

The Pokémon of the opposing trainers can mega evolve without you setting the Mega Bracelet.

This is because there are no slots available in Pokédex. The base supports registering only 809 Pokémon in the déx, so your game freezes
when capturing any of the Pokémon you've created. Originally, I created this base focused only on Pokémon from 1st to 7th generation.
Could I have inserted the 8th generation ones? Yes, but the "problem" is that not all the moves and abilitys of the 8th generation would
be inserted(because I don't know how to program them properly), so I just focusd on the7 first generations.
