I looked through the houses and couldn't find moira, and the same thing with blitz.

So Moira is in Asutra city, in a previously locked house, a rather big one, south of the city.
Blitz is located in Empral City, in the building that looks like the one from Devon in Emerald, upstairs.

Dark and Ghost Type moves, I struggled with it even still. Fairy is not very effective against Light, so don't use those types of moves

I can safely say that WT is a HUGE blight in an otherwise great game. Heck, i've played freaking Reborn and the boss battles wern't as BS as him!
WT is by far the worst fight in the game. It's completely RNG, even on easy!

I kinda agree with you. I didn't like the W.T fight either. I actually just beat him a couple hours ago. The fight for me was all about playing with rng and hoping I get crits. On the run I beat him, I got like three crits in a row and I completely skipped his second phase. This fight really made me not want to play the game lol. I got to the W.T fight like 3 weeks ago and I'm just beating it today. When I first tried it, I realized that I had to play with rng and it turned me off so I just stopped playing. Tips? Just pray to the rng lords, sad but true.

My Petshop did wonders against WT for me. Wiseraph got a couple of good hits in as well. Revives are your friend.

It's a tough battle, and I also struggled with it the first time around. My team the second time, all level 112 or above:

Garchomp
Gardevoir (mega)
Lucario (mega - yep, two megas)
Salazzle
Wiseraph (hard-hitter)
Petshop (MVP)

Petshop probably took 60%-70% of the health of that particular boss. My teammates took another 20-25%

The battle is one hell of a difficulty spike, and I think progression towards it could have been handled better.
