[Completed] Pokémon Empyrean [v1.1] (~! Final Arc Released !~)

Hey so ik this thread is kinda inactive but im really stuck and wondering if anyone can help me out with a quest from the EoE mod since i cant find a live link to the discord or anything.

Basically, im trying to complete the "Somewhere over the rainbow" postgame quest, and i have all the items but im missing the one from the beach, which i believe you get from helping the girl with the fundraiser in Asuntra city, issue is i have no idea what i need to do since she doesn't do or say anything different when i bring any water pokemon to her, so im kinda just stuck here.
 
Was playing through edge of eternity and realize that data electivire is still bugged. Looking through the change log, and apparently the older versions had this problem. Said it was fixed in July of 2020 had this issue was resolved. But it seems like electivire is still this way. Its card is always obtained as an electivire card instead of The data electivire card that is supposed to drop. Even when you catch a data electivire.

This means the shiny charm card charm. An ultra card are unobtainable with an edge of eternity.

Without playing through the base game first. Or resetting your save. Unless there is an alternative like a code post Tower. Such a weird oversight. With a whole host of ways to fix it.

I'm currently trying to complete the Rainbow Quest, but I encountered an unexpected problem that I can't solve. I was told to find the One with the Purest Heart in order to find the Light, which I later learned to be Hessa. After hearing that, and following Leo's video on how to continue, I went to Sylen City and learned that Willie was having a picnic with Hessa in the Secluded Meadow. So I went there to check, and NEITHER OF THEM WERE THERE!!! The spot is empty! WHAT DO I DO?!

I've asked this question everywhere else I possibly could: X, Reddit, the Wiki, and the Discord server no longer exists! I don't care how inactive this thread is, I NEED HELP! So will SOMEONE please help me? How do I get those two to spawn in Secluded Meadow? I've tried everything I can think of short of messing with debug controls.

PLEASE don't fail me like the other places have.
