The problem isn't receiving my fossils it's the fact that I've been to multiple fossil places like the Devon Corp and the museum in Sinnoh and they just won't take the fossils, they keep saying they're not in the mood to revive them

If i remember correctly, the earliest place you can buy them is in the Hoenn department store (i think you can also get one as one of the reward for winning in a bug catching contest back in Johto but its pretty convoluted so might be not worth it) Maybe you can get it as a pokeball item but i dont remember, probably check the walkthrough
 
Hello, Really good rom hack btw, but here is my problem.
Location: Veilstone Game corner
What happen: I try to buy anything here but as soon as I close this menu i got this message.
only bug/crash so far for me and first time happening.
