Hello I can't access the update history page is the page broken or can I find the update history page on another site

(Forgive me if this has been answered before but I can't seem to find anything anywhere discussing it) are all the static encounter Pokémon shinylocked? (Ie Caterpie, Pidgeotto, Bulbasaur, etc)

Specifically I've been trying to save reset to see if the Eevee you get in Celadon City can be shiny atm, so far I've had no luck with it but if anybody knows for sure that it's possible could you please let me know

I know in an earlier post it was said the Paldea Pokémon will not be added and that's totally understandable but for a possible future update I think it would be cool if the new evolutions to previous existing Pokémon introduced in Scar/Vi (ie Annihilape, Farigiraf, Dudunsparce, Dipplin, Hydrapple, etc) were added. Especially Annihilape and Farigiraf because I really love them and would love a chance to use them. Just a suggestion honestly this game is so fun

I have found a glitch were even if I talk to Wallace and then go back to the contest hall I can still not enter.
What can i do about this?

No pokemon are shiny lock. you are probably just unlucky

Most likely its because you have not done the gym in veilstone city. You need to do that first. The game has a walkthrough. Maybe check em

I'm definitely going to evolve both squirtle and bulbasaur and wont release pokemons like ash did and change the fate of his team : )
