[Released] Pokémon Floral Tempus EX 1.9.4 - RELEASED (12 Gym Badges + Elite 4/Champion)

The game does not let me use Fly. I got the Hm and when im viewing the map it gives me the option to fly but when I click on it nothing happens. Is there any fix?
