Pokémon Go: is this normal?

    When I start the game, all I get is this (I will illustrate):
     
    Hey! While we'd love to help you you haven't given us any details or images to go off of so it's hard to tell what the problem is. I'll lock this thread up in the meantime since there isn't anything we can reply with due to lack of info but feel free to submit another thread once you can post an image/text explanation of your issue.

    Next time, avoid double posting in quick succession as well. You can always edit your last post to add more to it if no one posted after you.
