I just unlocked Ash-Greninja, and I'm definitely using it for my playthrough team... does it have a Shiny form by any chance? Just wondering 'cause it'll be pretty cool if it has. Also, kudos as this is one of the best ROM hacks I've played ever. PokéVial is just so handy! I love it. 🔥

Changing the PC's not really on the radar at the moment, I've got too many bugs to fix. Between the battle engine and the possible (unconfirmed - don't want to point fingers!) stability issues with the audio it'll be quite some time before I can look at massive overhauls of other systems. It might be possible to upgrade the PC but I suspect there will be technical limitations making things like moving a whole box at once difficult - I don't know if the GBA has enough memory to show 60+ Pokemon icons at once!

And thanks for all the suggestions! I'll revisit them in future when there's time; right now I'm only doing simple changes and fixing things.

Tbh I think the pc upgrade most people would want is just more box space if possible. Being able to mass move is nice, but raw space would be better imo especially with gen 8 to be added on the horizon.

Hi there! I'm having a lot of fun having the absolute crap beaten out of me by literally every Gym Leader! I tried to teach my Flygon Quiver Dance through Egg Move passing earlier with two different Vivillons earlier, but it doesn't seem to work. Also, how do I teach my Zoroark Sludge Wave? TM doesn't work. Thanks in advance!

Fixed everything, you can update like normal and dump your save file using GM on the 3ds

Yes it does! And thanks! Hopefully the Poké Vial (or something like it) will show up in more hacks in future!

Yeah, the problem with adding more boxes is it will make old saves will incompatible with newer versions. If possible I want to avoid that until the game is finished, so people can make the choice between their save file and more box space.

Hey! Yeah that won't work because Quiver Dance isn't an egg move for Flygon (how would Trapinch use it?); check the dex to see how Pokemon learn their new moves. Also Zoroark can't learn Sludge Wave, only Sludge Bomb.

Hey! Yeah that won't work because Quiver Dance isn't an egg move for Flygon (how would Trapinch use it?); check the dex to see how Pokemon learn their new moves. Also Zoroark can't learn Sludge Wave, only Sludge Bomb.

Hello! I just started the game tonight and it's cool so far. I hit a shiny Mudkip on my 3rd reset of my starter, super stoked. It seemed like the shiny rates were increased, but I read that it's still 1/8192, crazy! However, after nicknaming it, the game crashed/black screened and I couldn't save :(. I made a save state after it crashed (hadn't really considered a crash after seeing the shiny in battle, I just assumed I'd make it to save normally =_=).

I'm pretty defeated after that early loss lol.
I doubt it's retrievable, but is there anyway to somehow revert that crash on that save state 😅? Also wondering if crashes are common after performing various actions like catching/naming Pokémon, exiting battles, entering buildings? I'm using visual boy as an emulator.

I've been resetting a lot since then and also hit a shiny zigzagoon in the starter battle. So it kinda seems like the shiny rates are up and that gives me some hope to keep searching. That, or I got stupid lucky, and then equally unlucky with the crash 😂 🪦

Hey, shiny rate's been increased to 1/1024. Nah there's no way to turn a save state of a crash into something playable sadly. The first post explicitly states not to use VBA - it may or may not work but it's known to be inaccurate.

This is more of a suggestion than a question, but can you move Shuppet to the Dewford Mansion and Banettite to Mt. Pyre? Shuppet and Banette aren't very powerful early game and after 5 or 6 badges seems pretty late to get it. Totally understand if this is too mush to ask and I am fully enjoying the game.

Hey, I'd recommend waiting for 2.0 as that'll add gen 8 mons and will hopefully be less buggy. If you're thinking of doing multiple playthroughs the current version is playable though. Thanks! Hopefully it'll get to the point where it doesn't need support one day!

They're not obtainable yet! Link's in the first post.

There's no room for them there right now, but that'll probably be done when I get around to adding a basement level to Dewford Manor.

Talk to the NPC who usually gives it to you and it should be obvious what to do.

While using Thief to farm money in Meteor Falls, I've noticed that if my Pokemon knocks out a wild Pokemon using Thief, the post-battle text says "Wild Lunatone fainted," then "But it failed!" rather than "Scizor stole Wild Lunatone's Star Piece," though the item is still stolen.

In the battle against Lucy in Lavaridge Town, I burned her Shuckle for passive damage, but this seemed to have the side effect of causing Shuckle's Red Card never to be consumed, so every time I attacked it, my Pokemon was forced to switch.
