[Completed] Pokémon Island [v2.2] - 1025 Pokémon, Challenge Mode and more

By the way, I've been meaning to ask for a while but kept on forgetting. In both the new version (2.0+) and the older versions the Star Piece sells at 4,900. But in the Rareity Shop, you buy it at 40,000. Currently,
it's a loss of over 30,000 money wise to buy the Star Piece from the Rarity Shop. Is it meant to be cheaper in the shop or is its sell value meant to be higher? I ask this because the Pearl String is bought at 13,000 and sells for 15,000.
Well noted! This was intentional, you can trade a Star Piece for shards in Museum. So, if you run out of shards, you can buy here and trade it as last resort.

Hello FL. Its me again. 2 Questions:
1. Can I change Terapagos and Ogapon's forms
2. Where can I find Booster Energy
- And also I found that when I gave an item to pokemon from chest (in the House) when my bag was full and the pokemon was holding an item, the game crashed.

1. Yes! But only the non-tera forms. Terapagos only have the first form, who changes instantly when entering battle (sounds a bit strage, but is how it works in official games). Ogerpon change forms with his hold items, obtained the same way as other legendary items.

Thanks for the bug report!

I've been enjoying the game so far, but the sea area is so large I keep getting lost. Is there a map out there somewhere or is there a trick to navigating that place?

To navigating in this place, I tried circulate with the borders in the screen. After a full circle, I try to do this again, but keeping some tiles from previous positions (around 15 horizontally and 11 vertically).

Oops, I lost the Amulet Coin to an enemy with Trick and saved before I knew it was gone. Is it possible to get another one or am I stuck with the Luck Incense?

I made a script to fix this, but looks like it isn't fully working with Trick.

Anyway, you can find another Amulet Coin in

Oof, the Underground is even larger and labyrinthine than the Sea; I can't use that circling trick without getting completely lost in all the ladders and dead ends. Please let a map exist; I feel like I'll never be able to find that coin without one.

Edit: That being said, if there is no map, I can live without the Amulet Coin. I'm getting lots of money from the club, so I'm grateful for that option.

I tested right now and the "restore item" feature was working with move Trick. Check your bag or, in case of it was full at the time, check your chest at player house.

By the way, I did the circling trick at underground and this help me to completed it (with some difficulty). And there is no map that I'm aware.

It turns out I caught the Pokemon that tricked me and it's holding the coin. In that case, it's no wonder that script didn't trigger; I never actually lost the item. With that, thanks for your advice. That circling tactic will be tough with multiple floors, but I might try it later.

[PokeCommunity.com] Pokémon Island [v2.2] - 1025 Pokémon, Challenge Mode and more

Also in the door to the end portal ;/ Tested on Steamdeck and windows

I've also been getting stuck in tunnel doors, specifically the ones that go south. After the screen transition, I'm right on top of the north exit door unable to move. I can get out with an escape rope, but this is a major problem without the rope.

Sorry for the issue! This was fixed in latest release. If anyone wants, I can fix savefiles stuck at these doors.

There is a bug that the game crashes when you try to go to a fight while using a hud. (Mobile version)

Nice to see this is still getting updates! I've noticed some of the bigger pokemon sprites get clipped when viewing the pokemon from the party menu. Specifically I have mega charizard x and his head is completely out of the view box. It doesn't affect gameplay but it's a bit of a shame not being able to view it's cool pokemon sprite

I'm thinking in redoing summary screen for v2.3, but for this version, you can press Z in summary and check pokédex form page, so you can see the full sprite.

I've been running around the Safari Zone, but I've been struggling to find Carnivine, let alone catch one. I imagine stockpiling honey could help get around the step limit, but if there's a better way to seek out specific safari Pokemon, I'd love to hear it.

EDIT 1: Almost a hundred honeys did the job; I found two Carnivines and caught one, remembering to save this time before turning the game off.

EDIT 2: Dang, that Safari Zone pyramid is way too hard. I got the ancient lamp, but it runs out far too fast to navigate the mazes therein so I still have to fumble in the dark until it kicks me out. Having to memorize a maze I can't see and being punished for not knowing which paths aren't dead ends is not my idea of fun, and that one room where all the lamp spots are exactly one step too far from the door feels outright mean. I hope the signs I've been finding in there don't indicate anything important, because I'll never solve the pyramid at this rate.

EDIT 3: I've read the thread and a lot of other players have struggled with the pyramid. I'll try the given suggestions, but kudos to everyone that solved the puzzle regardless.

EDIT 4: With those hints, I've solved the pyramid. Thanks to everyone else who talked about it.

All rare safari pokémon (maybe barring an exception) can be found in other place (sometimes later in game). The rock/bait are more usefull than canon games.

People have issues with Pyramid, so I raised the 500 step limit to 600. And yes, you can catch all pokémon without solving pyramid (but you need to search for the Oasis).
