I looked all around the city, but I couldn't find them.a NPC inside a house in Cerulean gives you.

I already unlocked it, but thank you anyway. You need 60 pokes caught, go talk to Oak, complete the Sevii side quest, and then it will be accessible. If its not, challenge the E4 a second time and then it should unlock.
can you find the house with the guy that descirbes the badges? it's in the same house.I looked all around the city, but I couldn't find them.
I'm not playing monotype, and the guy in that house didn't give me any Bulbasaur. I found the Charmander and Squirtle person, but the Bulbasaur person didn't give me anything.can you find the house with the guy that descirbes the badges? it's in the same house.
are you playing monotype? he won't appear if you are playing monotype
I got the Charmander but not the Squirtle since I got it at the start, and I think I'm playing the most recent version.did you get Charmander and Squirtle from the NPCs? what version are you playing? (you can check in NES from Pallet)
please check your version so I can check the correspondent version here.I got the Charmander but not the Squirtle since I got it at the start, and I think I'm playing the most recent version.
I remember experiencing the same issue in the older version. I'm pretty sure it had something to do with talking to the Charmander npc before getting the gift Bulbasaurplease check your version so I can check the correspondent version here.

57:45 I just tested in v.1.1 with Squirtle as starter, it worked.
there's three scenarios when we are getting Bulbasaur: 1) our party is full, Bulbasaur goes to PC; 2) our party has space, Bulbasaur stays on party; 3) our party and PC is full, nothing happens.
unless you have a full box of pokemons, or unless you're playing a different version than 1.1, I'm afraid I have no idea what's going on, and I won't be able to solve this problem :(
did you update your game during a run? or did you activate any kind of gameshark code?
My PC isn't full, I barely have any Pokémon. I also didn't use any GameShark codes or update at all. And I think it's V1.0.05.please check your version so I can check the correspondent version here.

oops! I'll take a look on what might be causing this issue. The cross-gen evolutions npc has a glitched text box. Also, does it makes the pokémon evolve the moment you talk to her? Or does it just makes it so you're able to evolve them after talking to her?
Edit: if it helps, I'm doing a challenge mode normal monotype run in the latest version
Edit 2: it really isn't working. Tried evolving both Eevee and Porygon and the game won't let me evolve them

did you try to get the NatDex? I changed the requirements (instead of 60 pokemons, it's only 1). if you completed Lostelle quest, there shouldn't be any impediment to get NatDex (assuming I didn't screw anything in the code lol)Beat the game. Normal monotype challenge mode with no EVs and badge boosts. Every team member other than Lickitung came from an egg at the start of the run. Wish I could have evolved Chansey, though. Sadly, I can't get the National Dex or proceed to the post-game.
Also the Elite Four and champion didn't use any full restores. Is that intentional? View attachment 169438
I skipped the Lostelle quest before beating the league and then completed it after. Unfortunately Oak just says his vanilla text when I try talking to him and nothing happensdid you try to get the NatDex? I might be wrong, but I believe you need to beat E4 again, then it will trigger post-game.I skipped the Lostelle quest before beating the league and then completed it after. Unfortunately Oak just says his vanilla text when I try talking to him and nothing happens

v1.1.15 available. both bugs are probably fixed. if you still want to try post-game, please check if your savefile works on v.1.1.15 (it probably works, there's no compatibility issue between these versions). please let me know if these bugs aren't fixed yet.Beat the game.
