That was so good! It's a theme positively perfect for violin :) One of the most nostalgic pokémon themes of all, for an oldie like me. Have you learned any more pokémon themes?

Also, I'm merging this with our POkémon Media Lounge, a stickied thread!
 
Not yet. I'm going to do the PokéCenter and soem themes from RSE.

Currently working on the Lavender Town theme! I already wrote the music sheet, I'm going to play it soon. Its for 2 violins, Ill try to record both parts and edit the final file so they are synced.

Lavender Town Theme is being uplaoded!

Once it finishes, you'll be able to listen to it up here ;) Enjoy :D

(First and foremost I hope I'm not going against any forum rules because I intend to hang around here as I'm a long time Pokémon fan.)


My name is Ryan, I wrote and produced a song entitled Pokémon girl and its about my first grade best friend. We use to hang around the neighborhood and catch Pokémon. We lost contact throughout school but still Pokémon was our everything back in the day. Every time I play my Blue Version or throw on Pokémon Stadium or look at old cards it reminds me of those days. If you guys want check it out! I figure I might be contributing a little to the community and maybe some people have some similar stories which would be fun to hear. I look forward to hanging around the forums and such as you all seem really cool. (community wise) Feel free to download it if you like, its completely free!

Firstly, let me say welcome to PC! So far I've found everyone on here is really friendly and helpful, so feel free to ask pretty much any of the members, including myself, any questions you may have.

Secondly, I watched your video and I found you too be quite hilarious. You've got a 'Like' from me! However, and I hate to be that guy, but this sort of thing belongs more in the Pokemon Media Lounge. I've linked it in this post, if you wanna go check it out? I feel like you'll be right at home there. :)

Red/Blue Soundtrack on Electric Guitars

My friend and I transcribed the entire first Gen soundtrack for two guitars. It was about a six month project and throughout we gained a bunch of respect for its composer, Junichi Masuda. It is a brilliant piece of music and I hope you all think we did it justice. If you played the old games, this will hopefully be a welcome flashback. Some of my favorites are:

Great work on those, eurometal! My favorite is probably the Viridian City theme, though that's always been one of my favorites from Kanto anyways, haha. Also, great choice of outfits :p

That said, we do have a thread dedicated to fan made music/videos right here in Pokemon General, so I'm going to merge your thread over there. Thanks again for sharing, and be sure to let us know if you make any more videos!

I am a sucker for fan-made content, especially fan animations. Usually, Pokémon fan animations don't impress me all that much, but this one always puts a smile on my face.

This might be my favourite Pokémon fan animation, and for one reason why - it includes Pokémon from every generation. I usually come across fan animation that's dedicated to the Kanto region, and while that's nice and all, I'd rather see an animation celebrating the entire series instead of Kanto and Kanto only. Plus, I absolutely love the Dog/Pokémon Shaming meme. :D

Wow, that's just splendid. I've recently discovered how great metal remixes of game music can be so I'm super happy to hear something like this. I'll check your channel some more in the future 8)
