FireRed hack: Pokémon Odyssey [COMPLETE - V4.0]

Just downloaded it last week and am loving it. Feels like classic Pokemon with just enough twists to keep it fresh, while scratching that EO itch. Just finished the 5th stratum, expert mode feels just right in terms of diifficulty, but conversely the last 2 Lords of the Sea feel a bit easy even considering they're single battles;

Spoiler: Some thoughts about Lord of the Sea

• No issues with Narmer being easier as an introductory boss. It cannot touch Water absorb + Curse + leftovers Quagsire. Done at level 40 cap.
• Deep Maiden is about right for being a dodge tank. Might be scarier if it spread status (sweet kiss or TWave if it's legal) a bit more. Done at level 60 cap
• Dinogator is fine, but physcial tanks wall it again, although not as well. Was able to do this at level 60 cap
• Avid Dragon can't really do anything to poison types who can hit super effective back. Giving it something like Earthquake (if it's a valid move) instead of Toxic should make it more challenging. Done with level 60 Absol
• Tlachtga looks really scary on paper, but the fact it only has attacking moves and is weak to Sucker Punch while having paper thin defenses made it predictably easy. Done with the same level 60 Absol as previous, with assault vest allowing it to live 1 hit, could also have done it with another priority user. Giving it Reflect (if legal) + light clay would make it much tougher, or rocky helmet to punish physical dark types.

In general I think giving at least the last 2 some more base stats could be justified, given that the player will have access to most powerful moves/pokemon and will likely have trained (or have the resources to train) several "competetive" mons at this point. Could just be an Expert mode only thing if it's not too difficult to differentiate.

1 last thing:
Where is the life orb in the 4th Stratum? I've gone through each area a few times but I still can't find it. Not held in my bag or PC either.

Just made an account to comment here, I'm hyped for your project, but at the same time I have no interest in playing an unfinished game multiple times. Is there a real end to the project, once the story is done 100% will it be trully done?

Edit: Sorry if my comment comes out as rude, Just let me be clear, the work is awesome, and I'm trully hyped, I want a physical version to place with the rest of my EO stuff!

The version that comes out on the 13th of June will be the last one in terms of story and content. So yeah, it's the complete game.

Just here to say I really like the game, I couldn't wait till I saw it was finished and finally started playing (watched the playthrough of HeroVoltsy before). Currently finished the 3rd Stratum, and it was nice to finally see the story explained as well! Can't wait till the 13th!

The main menu change make me somewhat confused at the start. I thought the ev-iv checker gone. But it's moved to Adv. Codex instead and the Pokédex is outside now

Checking the Pokédex, the a-z section isn't arranged properly like there Farfetch'd in between Aron and azumarill. In the main section some of my Pokémon aren't recorded properly like Yggdreon and Glaceon. My Leafeon isn't marked as caught while Milotic (which I don't have yet) marked as caught. There might have been more but for now this conclude my report.



Gonna check out other stuff now
