hack maker gave both ips and ups patch files in the OP. you need to apply those patches onto clean vanilla Fire Red roms if you wanna play the hack. the vanilla roms you're gonna have to find on your own because it's illegal to link them here, but here's the patching instructions.

I just started this game last night and am resetting for a good starter nature so not a lot of feedback I can offer right now however I noticed that although I am able to save, I am unable to open the save file from the title menu as clicking it just resets the game.

Fortunately, I've been using save states as an insurance policy ever since I switched from VisualBoy Advanced to mGBA and figured out that a save only sticks when I close the emulator right after saving so this isn't a huge problem but something I thought worth mentioning.

So I have 7/8 badges and apparently,

I need to go to the moon

(which requires you to get atlas the fuel cells). I believe I've found all 3 (I've been searching for over an hour underwater) and this is what (they) look like in my inventory. Atlas is still giving me the line about sapphire bay so unless they're something I'm missing I'm completely lost. I've had a lot of issues with this romhack, but I generally really like the fakemon. I'm unsure of what to do as of this point. I'm playing on my 3DS so I think if this doesn't work I'll just have to abandon the game, but I'd really like to at least finish the in-game.

The better part of the last two years for us went into developing a ROM hack that not only contained an original story line and region, but also featured a Pokedex complete with entirely fakemon. In The Beginning...
War, famine, and disease plagued the early settlers of the Mando territories as the God Dragon Chaosotra tormented the land. Eventually, the greater Dragon of the People, Orderana, defeated the chaos demon and civilization grew.

Year 0 -A prophecy is made stating that if the region falls to chaos once more, a chosen 15 year old with his provinces surname shall rule and free the land from evil.

Year 500 -Mando split into the two areas from sectional differences and the death of the king. The two provinces became known as Mandata, and Endo. Racism had emerged as a serious problem for generations. Usually, the strongest and most well-known man is crowned when a bloodline dies out, but no side wanted to give the other side power, there was no leader. War broke out and the people feared the legendary God Dragon of Chaos may have returned to punish them.

Year 515 -Afraid, they turn to the prophecy and know that there is a child with the respected surname in both provinces. The only problem is, that in both regions there are not one but two children of the same age and blood, twins. Only being able to select one hero to be crowned champion of the entire Mando region the twins must face off against one another. The better will be blessed and start his journey to prove he is the strongest by collecting badges and challenging the Frontier League. Once he is champion he will enslave the other province and be worshiped as a God.

You are one of the twins the prophecy spoke of and tomorrow you shall face your brother in a pokemon duel to decide who will represent the Endo province.

That is an emulator issue. Use save states or a different emulator.

One of the better fakemon hacks, definitely something more peoplw should have played when it released. I can say, with the utmost hobesty, trying to complete the dex was a rough one.

okay so I've beaten the first gym and headed back to give the key to the ECO guy in front of the cave, but after beating him It won't give me access to the cave. Where am I supposed to get HM for cut??

Hey, caves seem to be broken in the current version. Both the cave guarded by the ecoterrorist grunt in Oaken Town and the cave on the top left of Lothorn Village cannot be accessed, which of course also means we cannot proceed further than beating Baine.

Cut is normally obtained after heading into the cave in Oaken Town, which is guarded by the ecoterrorist. This is not possible to do at the moment though, so you're just stuck.

Also progression-wise you're supposed to do the cave first and only then fight Baine (gym guide hints at that), so when/if a fix is published, you shouldn't be surprised if the levels you encounter will be low.

Could you explain where in the photos the problem occurs?

I would also like to confirm that the cave you fall into after the first battle works as expected, but both the LOTHORN and OAKEN caves do not work.

Also if anyone else can confirm it is working for them that would be nice.

Picture 2 is where the issue occurs. The cave shows the arrow to enter (for both the cave in Lothorn and in Oaken), but the player cannot actually walk in for me at that time.

Also the cave I was supposed to fall in after the first battle didn't work for me either, the event simply teleported me back into the house. I didn't end up battling the ecoterrorist below the houses and assumed his event was cut in the remastered version.

There's a chance that it's an emulator glitch, seeing as how I'm currently on MyBoy on mobile. Unfortunately I won't have access to my pc to further test whether it works on other emulators.

Also been meaning to ask, there seem to be two seemingly identical IPS patches on the main thread. Is there a difference between these patches?
