Absolutely fantastic hack, it's quickly becoming one of my favourites! I just have a question.

I've been having trouble evolving my Hisuian Sliggoo into a Hisuian Goodra. I already got the Hisuian Sliggoo by evolving goomy at night. I don't see any special evo method on the doc for Hisuian Goodra, but I can't get my Sliggoo to evolve. I've tried both day and night, as well as keeping rain dance learned. It doesn't have an everstone or anything, and I'm just wondering if it's a bug or if I'm just missing something. Appreciate any help I could get!

(also i was wondering how to get hisuian avalugg? i didn't see it on the docs either. i'm working on an all hisui mon team for my casual run)

edit: i was able to find get H-Goodra by going to route 33, where it's raining, but idk how to get H-Avalugg
I recalled the evolution notes mentioned if not explicitly stated in the Excel sheet, means the evolution method follows same method as in the vanilla game.

First of all, excellent hack.
Secondly, you mention that cherrygrove has an IV checker. As far as I can see, there is a girl in cherrygrove who can vaguely tell me if my IVs are above or below average. No full IV checker.
I can imagine I would use an IV checker after quickly levelling up to 100 with Nurse Levelle the first few hundred breeded children and pomeg berries to make HP IVs 0. But moving forward I absolutely will need a Destiny Knot, item list doesn't mention where it is, but crossing my fingers for it to be in pick up chart. Since you used the emerald upgrade base, I am hoping the breeding mechanics are in fact updated.
But does the game even have Destiny Knot anywhere?
I am trying to breed a perfect shiny and without a destiny knot it becomes much much harder, I can manage the other bits.

Yo, i started playing this game today and wanna have a sharpedo on my team, can i ask where i can find a Carvanha? Ive been searching for ages even using the excel sheet but cant find it anywhere.

Is there documentation made? Or at least something that details where to find certain Pokemon? Just started my playthrough and currently loving the game.

Caution - Use cheat codes at your own risk!
Since this is a decomp, the game data gets shifted whenever it's compiled. Pokémon Emerald cheats will not work, and cheats tailored to Scorched Silver will probably be version specific (v1.0, v1.1, etc.)

Both polls closed, see the new Johto mega evolutions in the spoiler below:
Spoiler:

Intro
Hey, it's been a while. I'm sure nobody expected to see me again.
In my typical fashion, I've kept the development of this game well hidden. Nevertheless, this is a complete game with 8 badges, and plenty of post game content. This is not a remake of Gold and Silver, but a sequel with an entirely new story.
Fair warning – The gym leaders use items and some setup moves making this game moderately difficult, but not impossible. If you defeat all available trainers before each gym, and use a little strategy, you should be fine.

Hope you all enjoy it!

Bugs
- Game freezes after falling down with Oliver in the Ruins of Alph: Fixed in v1.1 patch
- Hisuian Zorua and Hisuian Voltorb currently don't evolve. Fixed in v1.1 patch
- Galarian Weezing (maybe others too?) seems to break double battles a little (the sprites will flip around some, not game breaking, but looks funny)
- Mega evolution symbol will stay on screen after the mega pokémon has fainted sometimes. Goes away after battle, or if you view your other pokémon
- In the multi double battles, if all of your teammate's pokémon faint, it may not let you switch
- Galarian Yamask can't currently evolve to Runerigus. Fixed and re-uploaded v1.2 patch 7/3/24 (Galarian Yamask just needs to sustain 49+ damage in battle, uses max HP - current HP formula).
- Game freezes when talking to mom after first Shane battle sometimes, seems rare. Should be fixed in v1.3

First of all, amazing hack but I couldn't help but notice the smoliv line is not in the game. Was it intended?

Hey is this game compatible for apple? I just got done playing Odyssey and would love to tackle this game next! Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, is there a Day/Night cycle? It's 11pm in game but it still looks day time, im using mGBA if there is a settings thing maybe im unaware of? thanks

Both Shelmet and Karrablast are in the top right area of the Safari Zone, where the waterfalls are.
Trade the Shelmet for a Karrablast in Olivine, and the Escavalier will be holding a Metal Coat.
Do I need the mn for waterfall or are they in the grass with the fairy type Pokemon?
Thank you

Someone let me know about it earlier in the thread. I assume it's a leftover from pokeemerald or the expansion. I disabled it in the latest patch.

It's in the wild in the section of cave with all of the water puddles and jump ledges, you need waterfall to access that area.

The section where you battle Thorne has 3 entrances, one to the room with all of the action, a small room with one item, and another room with some rocks and the choice scarf. Dreepy can be found in the latter two areas.
Hi. Can you be more specific?

Just wondering if it is possible to complete the Pokedex in this game? It looks starters are one time and so evolution stones look to be limited

Hey, I wanna ask is pokerus the same odds as in the original games?
I literally just beat Clair and my all of my party pokemon have pokerus.

Another question, but is their anyway for Typhlosion to get focus blast? I went with Hisuian form so I'd like to have it instead of HP Bug

Does Overqwil have any access to poison jab? Level 70 right now and the only move tutor option is poison sting
