Is there an item to evolve trade evolution Pokémon? Or is it still trade only for those?

There is trade stones one is in ruins of alph i don't remember where the other one is

You need a trade stone, look at the item sheet that you can download in the first post for locations of the ones you can find as items. Then there is the option to purchase them in the post game, but you can get a couple trade stones before the pokemon league. The first one you can find is at the Ruins of Alph once you get the ability to surf as you will have to go through union cave to get to the specific entrance to get the trade stone.

I have a trade stone with electirizer but when I give my electabuzz the the electirizer and try to evolve it the trade stone just says "dad's advise: there's a time and place for everything" what should I do?

Hiya! I checked the location sheet just in case there were some extra evolution requirements but I can't seem to evolve the Ecruteak Eevee into a Jolteon with the thunder stone. I am able to select the Eevee as you should but it says 'it won't have any effect'. I got rid of baby doll eyes just in case but nothing. I had no other clue on how to contact you so I hope this is okay! Thanks

This hack is amazing, and I have been DEVOURING IT. I had a question I couldn't find the answer for on the spreadsheet or elsewhere in the thread. Is the Thick Club item for Marowak/Cubone available in this game? I caught a few and none had it, and it's not listed on the spreadsheet.

Since this is a decomp, the game data gets shifted whenever it's compiled. Pokémon Emerald cheats will not work, and cheats tailored to Scorched Silver will probably be version specific (v1.0, v1.1, etc.)

Intro
Hey, it's been a while. I'm sure nobody expected to see me again.
In my typical fashion, I've kept the development of this game well hidden. Nevertheless, this is a complete game with 8 badges, and plenty of post game content. This is not a remake of Gold and Silver, but a sequel with an entirely new story.
Fair warning – The gym leaders use items and some setup moves making this game moderately difficult, but not impossible. If you defeat all available trainers before each gym, and use a little strategy, you should be fine.

Synopsis
Travel back to the majestic lands of Johto through the perspective of a young boy or girl from Cherrygrove City on their way to becoming a great Pokémon Master!
Set 20 years after the events of Gold and Silver, you will meet many old and new characters along your journey, as well as unravel more secrets of the region. Discover a wide variety of pokémon and a brand new storyline, as your path becomes intertwined with a mysterious group calling themselves Team Phoenix, who seem hell-bent on capturing Celebi for some nefarious scheme.

A: From an old man in a house in Blackthorn. It's the one with the old woman outside. You need to defeat the 8th gym leader, and he will give you waterfall

Q: Where do you find Lugia and TM Earthquake in the Whirl Islands?
A: Go through the dive spot at the center of the islands and go straight North. You should emerge next to the top right island.
Once inside, follow the image in the spoiler below. The red path leads to Earthquake, and the blue path leads to Lugia.

Bugs
- Game freezes after falling down with Oliver in the Ruins of Alph: Fixed in v1.1 patch
- Hisuian Zorua and Hisuian Voltorb currently don't evolve. Fixed in v1.1 patch
- Galarian Weezing (maybe others too?) seems to break double battles a little (the sprites will flip around some, not game breaking, but looks funny)
- Mega evolution symbol will stay on screen after the mega pokémon has fainted sometimes. Goes away after battle, or if you view your other pokémon
- In the multi double battles, if all of your teammate's pokémon faint, it may not let you switch
- Galarian Yamask can't currently evolve to Runerigus. Fixed and re-uploaded v1.2 patch 7/3/24 (Galarian Yamask just needs to sustain 49+ damage in battle, uses max HP - current HP formula).
- Game freezes when talking to mom after first Shane battle sometimes, seems rare. Should be fixed in v1.3

Current version attached below as a zipped UPS patch. Apply to a clean Pokémon Emerald rom, Emerald (U) (TrashMan) using NUPS patcher preferably.

Will not be able to keep your old save file when switching to the 1.3 patch unfortunately.

Finish trying the game, love the game, the weak point of this game is the post game, it just feels underwhelming compared to the amazing main story. See you around years in future in your next game 👍

Did some of the stats for the Pokemon get reduced? I have a togekiss almost level 95 with only 95 speed. Same with sczor level 100 with only 115 speed

Seen several people mention the softlock at the top of mt tempest . It's happened to me twice in a row now too .

Shane gets knocked out to easily during the double battle. You are then soft locked into the Pokemon Selection screen . You can not bring in another Pokemon to join the battle form your own team of 3. There simply isn't an option to do so . Only Summary/cancel . You can not even back out of the select screen and just carry on the battle with one Pokemon either .

How is a major soft lock been overlocked and bypassed. This is a game braking bug .

There is none.

AR Codes rarely work with ROM Hacks, and when they do, they can cause bugs or even worse, save corruption.

Dev would have to physically put an in-game cheat option like other hacks do.

Just use the Audino trainers.
