Clicking on it forces a log in to google. Doing so, however, doesn't lead to the doc, but to send a request for it.

You might need to change settings on this doc to make it viewable by people who click on your link, without needing to log in or request and wait for access. Being made to do so seems both convoluted and also counterproductive for something you intended to make publicly accessible.

I'm experiencing a weird Mandela effect with the game.
Can anyone who has played v1.3 tell me when Celebi is available to catch?

I could swear when I played the first version of the game Celebi was catchable in Ilex Forest after you defeat the Ecruteak Phoenix Hideout. However I'm playing v1.3 and Celebi won't appear there.

The dev's notes on how to acquire the Legendaries in the initial post seem to support that I'm not crazy- "Celebi: After being freed from Team Phoenix, you can encounter Celebi at the shrine in either Ilex Forest or Kizu Forest".

Is there another time you are freed from Team Phoenix later in the story, besides the initial time in Goldenrod, when Celebi becomes available? The event in Kizu Forest where Team Phoenix steals Celebi makes me think he's not catchable until later in the game, but I feel like I had Celebi before the Olivine and Cianwood gym in the version of the game that first released. I'm not sure if I'm misremembering or it was changed.

I am playing v1.3 and just finished beating the E4 for the 2nd time. I just went to Ilex Forest and Celebi is indeed at the shrine. Level 45.
 
When is the earliest I can get Ability Patches? Checked the documentation and I don't see them listed. Might need a few for my team.
 
So, o liked a Lot The Room. But im trying to do an nuzlocke and trying to use a rare candy cheat, and when i use It, any TM and HM when i get It from an pokebol or an NPC, dont show in The case, can you say to me ways to do this or some ways to get The HM

There is no rare candy cheat, you using unofficial cheats that cause bugs like the one you encountered, and can lead to even worse issues, like save corruption.

Theres a ways that i can do? Tô have rare Candies to do the Challenge
 
I've been trying forever to find a litwick in the burned tower, is it a rare encounter? I wish the docs were more specific
 
When i try to download to my files it gives me an error that the link is expired, i tried 3 different search engines on my side and reset everything. Any idea what the issue might be? sorry to be a bother lol

The files you're supposed to be downloading are attachments from the opening post (they're located at the bottom of the post).

When I tried downloading the zip file that contains Scorched Silver 1.3 patch, the download prompted for me right away.

I'm unsure what it is extra that you've been doing, since you shouldn't need search engines or to reset anything. As long as you're logged in, downloading the attachments should be as straightforward as clicking on them and waiting for the download to begin/waiting for your computer to ask if you want to begin downloading.
 
I found all the Pokemon from the attached table except Duraludon, but no one could tell me where exactly it is, and the description in the table is too vague.
I can boast of this find.

Hi all, i know this has probably been asked already but how do I access the Kanto region in the postgame?

I've been trying to figure it out for weeks lol

Please someone help, btw this is one of my fav rom hacks
