Sorry about the lateness. It took me ages to find the flags. Let me know if it doesn't work.
All right..... I have it. Its your script! BUT! You need pokescript to compile it. I don't use XSE because it closes when I start it... Shame. :(

Compile it with pokescript.
Here is pokescript compilee tutorial:

Install pokescript and the pokemon database thingymabob that is included with pokescript. Put .rbc attachment file in the pokewitch folder. Right click the .rbc file and click the compile script. When it is done a window pops up Click the picture thing on it and another window pops up. Select your emerald ROM and click open. Then you get a new window. Click the picture button on there and numbers appear. Click the top one and in the text box @ the bottom the number appears. Copy the NUMBER AND NOTHING ELSE! The number should be 800000 Just copy that bit of the number in the box and not the letter thing. Now click assign and the window closes. Now you should have the first window again. Go File > Burn. Now make sure Mom is the ONLY person in the map on A-map. On the script box that you highlighted in the image you sent me, paste the offset pokescript gave you in the person offset. Also set it to be a LEVEL SCRIPT in the header tab. Paste the offset in there and not the script box script offset. Set the level script type to on enter map not on menu close.

Test it.

It looks alright. On top of Mt. Silver (i think that is), there is and extra route or something. And I'm guessing north of mahagoney is the lake of rage? and you have an extra sea route west of goldenrod. And I don't get the last part. West of Olivine, is that the Battle Frontier? And South of Cianwood, is that supposed to be the Safari Zone? I don't think it has to be that long and I thought it was west of Cianwood. But either than that, it looks alright.

Yes umm..
I having the route 28 as a town so you can fly there
and North of maghoney town is the lake of rage
Im having a secret bit of goldenrod city ;)
and im havin the Safari park south of cianwood because there isnt enough room on the map to have it west
and next to olivine is indeed the battle frontier ;)

I must admit i aint that good and World mapping ..
I just need someone to input it

*cough* Now, I have to say, the tree tiles do need improving. HOWEVER, I am only saying that as you are capable of it. Currently, they are fine, but basic. I know you can insert better.

Anyway, the Johto map looks like Johto to me, so... It is his version, can't we all creatively shape it in some way? It does look like Johto... Roughly, but is still Johto.

Good luck, however remakes aren't my cup of tea. On Ruby or Emerald, it still doesn't say wow to me. But meh.
