Pokémon Sprite Discussion [from RBYG to XY]

That Pikachu looks a little strange and uncommon himself. :| But I've never liked Pikachu, so that must be it. I will admit that his Yellow sprite looks really good, though.

And as much as I hate the little rat...this sprite is adorable. You can't go wrong with Silver sprites, guys.

Pika's also gotten considerably skinnier with each generation, and that goes for the Sugimori art, too. Guess Pikachu's been taking diets with all his popularity.

Only one thing :

Most HGSS Sprites kinda suck ...

Don't you agree ? I mean , Jolteon , Houndoom ....

And this skinny style... What's wrong ??

Is there too many Guys playing Pokemon then eating KFC ?

I always will love pidgeot although in Blue i wasn't really enjoying my little McDonalds toy

I think all of Pidgeot's sprites were disappointments. I have to disagree with you on the DPPt sprite. I think that Pidgeot's best so far.

RBZard and SilverZard are pure win

And Charizard is probably one of the few Pokemon that didn't lose but gain weight over the years, the DP sprite looks pretty fat to me

About GreenZard... I think it isn't too bad for a Green Sprite, almost all of them are horrible. There are a lot worse ones, like Dragonite or the aforementioned Venusaur.

I love all the charizard spites except for silver's. Its just way to orange for my liking. FRLG was the best in my opinion.




Whenever I see this sprite of grimer I think of those "You must be this tall to ride" boards at amusement parks. Its from R/S btw.
