I'll be checking out Houndoom + Tauros. I wanted to do Girafarig and Stantler too, but the post became too long and it's getting late.

"image removed"(C)This is more like the traditional Houndoom we know today. Its howling looks a bit like it's going "MOOOOOOO."

Haha seriously, I don't know how Pikachu gets that fatty after it evolves, he really needs to go on a diet and exercise a little bit more.

I don't know how I missed that Red/Blue sprite of Arcanine. I generally prefer the Yellow sprites over Red/Blue, but I absolutely love that one!

I think Haunter has had pretty good sprites throughout all the games. Even its Red/Green is great and possibly my favorite out of all of them.

They were a bit lazy with Honchkrow's Gen V sprites. All they did was add a wing in Platinum and HG/SS:

Platinum and HGSS aren't gen V, but I do agree that they could have done better. All they did was take its DP animation and pause it and said "THAT'S IT. THE PLATINUM SPRITE."

Due to heart gold's pokedex when one head deflates the other deflates so yeah
and did you read what weezing is? it is the poison gas pokemon, it is essentially a balloon filled with poisonous gas

Vileplume's sprite just doesn't... flow. I don't know why...

Also I noticed in HG/SS it seems that Feraligatr and Blastoise changed colors kind of...Well its not how I remembered it. Feraligatr is a little brighter than I thought, and Blastoise's blue color seems just off o.O;; I noticed it yesterday. Can we all agree Charizard had a really awkward pose in R/B? It just looks weird XD

HGSS : Weir looking pose... never seen an Ampharos like this one.

Conclusion : Ampharos lost its cuteness over the years. DPPt promised something which HGSS ruined (wtf 2 :weird looking feet). I'm hoping for a better future ! :)
