Pok?mon Stadium Remake

Hi everyone!

I've been a long time lurker on this website and I wanted to share a project I started recently about remaking Pok?mon Stadium.

This is only a prototype for now but I have a lot of ideas concerning the story mode, mini games and how to make the battle system a lot more diverse so that it won't get repetitive fast (one of the problems of the original Pok?mon Stadium games)

For now I made a tech demo on a Double battle between the Gen 1 starters.

Since you demo'd a doubles battle, are you planning on remaking Stadium with the mechanics of later generations or are you doing this from scratch? How do you plan on handling rental Pokemon?

Personally I would prefer the same battle mechanics from the games, whether from the first generation or the sixth. It wasn't the mechanics that were a weak point, it was that several of the cups featured weak Pokemon that was just a timewaster, so I would perhaps take inspiration from Pokemon Battle Revolution and the Battle Frontier to see the interesting PvE challenges GF came up with.
