Well I currently need a bit of staff on this project,

Needed:
If you can do any of the following, it would be more convenient for you to pm me rather than post...
Someone to do a title screen
A Spriter
An assistant scripter(Im the head scripter)
and someone to help Re-Map the Johto Region- Ill be doing that on my own

Features:
In the Johto Region!
Travel to Hoenn(possibly Kanto also)
Im going to Re-Map(edit a bit) a few caves and routes(trying to put my own touch into it)
Maybe Some D/P Pokemon(If i can finally understand that tutorial at pho)
Rival(Me, of course)
Maybe a Day/Night System(If i can get help with that)
Some Revamped G/S sprites(ill post them later)

Rom: Fire Red

Introduction
Oh know! not another G/S/C remake!
Nope! this isnt a remake, however most of the story takes place in the Johto Region, but its not a remake, this will have its own event and new storyline in the johto.

Main Story
You begin in New Bark, its a New decade, its no longer Prof. Elm its Prof. Jim, whom is Prof. Elm Son, No worries you will still get to see Prof. Elm Later on in the story. Anyways, the story isn't too much different from any other Pokémon Your Quest is to become the Pokemon League champion, along the way you will encounter Team Rocket, there will be fun plots and puzzles to solve during your quest, and what would this game be without a rival *Cough Me Cough*
Once you have completed your journey through the Johto Region YOur quest isnt complete, you get to travel to the Hoenn Region, And possibly the Kanto. The story may sound a bit boring ATM but i ensure you once its been released, you wont be able to stop playing!

lol. I love the fact that you're including hoenn pokemon in johto. Will it be exactly the same Johto? Or will it have evolved over the years, I dont mind either one.

Progress:
New Bark Town- Mapping is done, Scripting 75%
Route 29 Mapping is done, Scripting-No need to be scripted(its just the first route), however there will be 1 Trainer battle if your playing The X version(by that i mean there will be a Steel Version Normal, and a Steel Version X, X being a bit more challenging than the Normal one)
Cherrygrove- Mapping is done, Scripting 0%

pretty good maps but i found an tile error.
on screeny 7 and 8 the water ledge is a mountain ledge.
But i don't like that boy probably choosing fire and girl choosing grass.
I have always chose grass as a male but it is a chance of "probably".
The maps are accurate for the most part but the tiles are somewhat painful.
the green grass doesn't mix with the light grass.
that is basically the only thing i don't hate about the tiles.

I agree with NIN, I think you should stick with the normal FR/LG tiles.

for the most part.
i like fr/lg but i am getting bored because many hacks are having it.
you should keep the grass and tree tiles in my opinion but make the others fr/lg style.
